I feel your pain, a sudden temp shift kicked me in my sinuses and left me in bed for a few days. I'm just getting over it now. Take your time and get better. You're doing this for free you don't have to kill yourself to make a release.
Yeah, I know how that feels. It seems like if a cold doesn't hit me it's allergies pretty much all year round. I hope you get well soon and try not to push yourself too much.
