I hope everyone has a happy holiday period, no matter your faith, family and well anything.

I am off tomorrow to visit my family and will have very limited internet access for the time. I will be responding to posts and PM's in a very limited way, where I am staying most of the time has no internet connection at all.

Belldandy

A couple of holiday images, I very much liked both versions of the series Kanon and the lovely mother/aunt Akiko. I have always had a fondness for Belldandy, and the works of the circle 'Joy Division'.

Update (optional)
For those who did not see it, I posted recently in a comment a fix for the latest game release, now version 3.3.03b. This addresses a few small bugs, notably an issue with your slaves measurements getting reset.

There is no great need to apply this fix if you do not want but feel free if the bug is a problem for you. To install download and extract into your game installation.

Troubleshooting
Some people have reported some issues for the latest release, and some I can fix and some I have no idea why people get them. Some general notes to try before posting for help

downloading (how do I download the game?)
try the torrent posted for 3.3.03. If you are not familar try learning. Torrents are very common and you should learn how to use them

saving (where did my save games go?)
you must allow cookies to be saved by your browser. The game is flash based and uses the cookie settings to decided if save games are kept

general
A number of isses are probably accounted for by issues in the configuration or language files. Try and download the last 3.3.03a update. Copy from the update the folder Languages and the files configuration.xml and configuration1.xml and move these into your game folder.

Mac Users
Please remember as folders are a single object it can be difficult to merge folders. Delete the existing Language folder and then move. For other folders consider just copying the contents.

Linux and other Unix users (yes, this includes you Mac OSX)
The recent release of Yuna has a couple of path issue (using backslashes in some paths). If images do not show then it is likely this problem.

Slave Maker 3.3.03a

There were a few problems in the Slave Maker 3.3.03 release. I have corrected these issues and updated the game to version 3.3.03a

I would recommend updating your game to 3.3.03a but if you did not see any issues then feel free to not upgrade.

Fixes:

400GP per day being spent of catgirl gear
NaN for clit/cock sizes
statistic hints for fucking was wrong for efeminate slaves
could not walk to some custom xml based houses (Kiyone notably)
custom contests has a bug for xml implementations
includes the previous Gardevoir fix
re-encodes some images a person reported an antivirus issue for (NOTE: not an infection or problem but most likely a possible buffer overrun issue, only ever was an issue for older operating systems)

Upgrade/Update
I have two types of updates here, I have updated the previous update, so we have one that will upgrade from 3.3.01 or later.

Slave Maker 3.3.03

Hi,
this is a bug fix release for the recent 3.3.02. It corrects all significant bugs and introduces some minor new features.

Chaos-X released a minor slave Ringo and she is included in this release. There are some image fixes and additions for some minors slaves.

Otherwise as noted this fixes bugs in the 3.3.02 release. This will also include a full version of the game allowing a complete install. There will be several types of the install and I will describe these below

Upgrade Install
This is an installer that allows you to update an existing version of the game, and upgrade it from version 3.3.01 or 3.3.02 to the current version 3.3.03
This is not a complete game, it is an update, you must have an existing game installation to use this.

Installing:
Download from one of the provided mirrors and copy/move the file into your existing game installation. Extract the archive using your choice of unarchiving program (WinRar, 7zip for instance)

Now you must move several folders. In version 3.3 most slaves image folders have moved from the folder Images are are now in Images/Slaves.
So open a file browser, Windows Explorer for Windows users, Finder for Mac OSX for example. Browse to your game installation and then locate the folder Images.
You will see a subfolder named Slaves and a series of other folders for example Gardevoir, PantyAndStocking.

Move the following folders from the Images folder and drag or otherwise move them into the Slaves subfolder

Installing:
Download the torrent from one of the mirrors provided. Then open in your choice of bittorrent client. When the update finishes downloading browse to the downloaded folder and copy all files and folders from the download into your current game installation, replacing or merging when asked.

As for above you must also move the images folders from Images to Images/Slaves as instructed.

Full Installation
This is a full and complete installation of the game, including all released content and the latest upgrades and 3rd party releases. This is quite large at 3.91Gb.

At this time only a torrent is provided for the full installation. Filhost versions will be provided for the Packs version (see below)

To help me seeding the torrent and speed your download, depending on your client you can use this torrent to upgrade your existing game installation. To do this you can

a) rearrange the image folders as described above for the upgrade, moving selected folder from Images to Image/Slaves
b) copy or rename your existing game installation to
SlaveMaker 3.3
Note: remember the previous folder name
c) start the torrent and make sure it downloads into the same folder as your current game. If you do not know how to do this you can instead

start the torrent, wait for it to allocate all files
stop the torrent and exit you client (do not delete the torrent, just pause it)
find the folder your torrent client downloads into and the SlaveMaker 3.3 folder it is using
copy your current game into that folder, replacing all files when asked.
re-run your torrent client and resume the torrent. It will now continue, and a large percentage of the new version will be complete already

Basic Pack - this is the core game. It is a basic playable version of the game with a few slaves and assistants
Assistants Pack - an add-on that adds many more assistants for the game
Minor Slaves Pack - an add-on that adds many more minor slaves to the game
Events Pack - an add-on that adds additional content to the game, developed by 3rd party developers
Slave Packs 1 to 8 - These are collections of 10 slaves for the game (pack 8 only has 2 at the moment)

Each of these will have a filehost link(s) and a torrent provided.

Installing:
In all cases instalations is the same

filehost - download the file and extract into a folder of your choice
torrent - download and open in your bittorrent client

After downloading you may have to merge the packs together. If you just used the filehosts and extracted all into the same folder nothing more should be needed.
For the torrents for most client nothing additional is needed. You may need to move and combine folders to merge them together for some clients and operating systems.

Problems in 3.3.02

Hi,
some issues have been reported for version 3.3.02, notably

sexuality becomes lesbian almost immediately
the events in the secure slave pens get locked and you cannot progress
singing skill is always maxed
some issues for whip/spanking

A few other reports I have failed to reproduce so far. The top 2 are significant and I will have to release a 3.3.03 version to fix these in the next day or so.

If you have not upgraded to 3.3.02 yet you may wish to hold off initially until I release 3.3.03

EDIT:Singing issue is caused by a bug in the assistant Jessica Rabbit, she always changes your slaves singing skill to level 4, but it is also a sort of bug in the game.

You can for now fix it by editing
Assistants/Assistants9.txt
and remove
&Assistamt-JessicaRabbit.swf

Almost ready for new release

Hi,
a number of bugs were reported in a recent beta I posted at the Futanari Palace to check out the low-level changes I had done. I have now fixed them so I am going to add some more. I mean I am altering pregnancy a little.

Currently a female slave maker can impregnate a female slave, a bug but I was requested to not fix it until an event was added to provide a mechanism. I am now adding the event, an item provided by Ambassador Tachiba and High Priestess Daruna at a special party. Just doing some writing of the events (mainly xml stuff). Sorting also out a couple of images for flavour (more images for Tachiba and her slaves, some for Daruna, party scenes, a carriage etc). All low level game changes done.

As an aside

Last weekend I finished the RPG Maker game 'Village of Nightmare', really nice scenes of corruption but gameplay was not very interesting. Mostly running around looking for the next person to speak to.

I just finished the current content for Harem (0.6a3) and rather enjoyed it. I played the Light Path and rather liked Samatha's story and Terra's to date. I liked most the the girls actually, Donna the housewife, Sarah the warrior and so on. The last incomplete quest was a little annoying though.
Sometime I may try the Dark path, but from the little I tried it is rather severe and cruel for my interest. I eagerly await a new version for the game.

Weird Things

I was working today on some changes to the house system. A preliminary for "Give Orders" and a general improvement on the low level.

As I was developing I started getting some really strange bugs, parts of code that were stable and working perfectly were failing. This was the function to do the xml node searching the game uses. I was getting null results that I had never seen before.

After a frustrating time I have concluded the way I was creating polymorphic functions must of been a little dodgy, and I guess a recent update for Flash may of changed things. Either that or the code was just barely working and some tiny change I did had destabilised things.

I have rewritten the process using a different and better form of polymorphism, but it relies on non-strict type casting (no way really to avoid that) and it works ok now. Interesting the game is a bit faster too. The function was very low-level and used everywhere and I think it was doing some implicit String conversions where I did not mean to and slowing it a little.

I also did some recent optimisations as well recently that have slightly sped up a few parts of the game, notably the assistant browse screen.

Otherwise, my health is maybe a little better, felt fine yesterday and attended the fun Melbourne Cup function at work. Today not so well though.

Finances are still borderline but I am basically coping.

Delays, delays

Hi,
things has been rough for me recently. My health has been not great as I have mentioned before. This is limiting my time at work and so I am earning less money. I am finding finances very difficult currently.

All this is just complicating my free time and ability to work a lot on the game. I talked about a 3.3.02 release very soon (like during last week) but so far I have not had the time for final testing and deciding on anything else needed. I hope maybe during this week.

Status

Status
Hi, I am still working on bug fixes for the game, version 3.3.02, should have a release in a few days. This will include

bug fixes of course, including the Slave Maker avatar issues, NaN values for specil stats
Fixes for Hild and the Slums rape event, so she intervenes more reliably, especially if your slave maker intervenes
New event for Hild for Tentacle Hybrid slave makers
Dickgirl slavemakers can be Tentacle Hybrid's. Some time I will also enable for female, but a bit more complex
Slave Makers Assistants (ie hired assistants) can no longer have their contraceptives altered. They are independent people and choose this themselves. You will have to woo them.
Tentacle and non-tentacle pregnancies separately counted
assorted tweaks to love, pregnancy, background images. It was a pain to find a clean image of a sports shed/gym storeroom, but I finally found one.

I am still mainly working on upgrades for Ranma, last night I did some image edits for a new set of events when lending to Miss N.

These are just head-paste or combination type edits. The eyes are a bit exaggerated on the first, but otherwise I am quite happy with it. The second is a combination of images by KJ and Takeshi Taya, it was a bit awkward to mesh the art, but the image for Nabiki was the only colour image of her wearing sporting gear I could find.

Measurements
Also, recently a poster in my comments talked about making a python program to create realistic measurements for the game. If you are still around, how is it going?

Update: they have more or less abandoned the work. If anyone else is interested in providing a system or set of measurements I would welcome any help here, thanks.

More Status

Hi,
I have been a mixture of very busy and a bit unwell recently.

A friend is moving house so I have been helping out a lot there, and this has kept me busy for several days so far.

Still a bit unwell at times, a migrane today (and some muscle pains), but nothing too severe. Recently a bit up and down, ok for a few days or a week, then ill for a few days. Ah well that is my health currently.

There have been a few 3rd party releases I have not reposted yet, I will do so in a day or so when I feel better and have more time.

Otherwise for note

been revising the love confession process a little for Ranma. Things get complex, what with Shampoo and Nodoka possibly getting involved. And with Nodoka's possible relationship with your slave maker. Note: Nokoka is Ranma's mother and this is even more complex if Incest is enabled
been making a few edits of image for use ig the game and for Ranma
also playing a few games in a little spare time too. Played Nimin a bit and Corruptions of Champions again. Tried out Monster Girl Quest 2 and Village of Nightmare

Status

Hi,
just a note on how things are now.

I am working on a redevelopment for Ranma, to include

transformation to male (optional)
rythmic gymnastics, featuring Kodachi Kuno
expanded Tea Ceremony school
multiple paths to cure her curse (old gods + new gods with varaitions)
revamped and improved images
Ranma's mother with optional incestuous story arcs. Note for simplicity Genma is not Ranma's father

No current estimate when it will be complete.

As part of these changes I have done some changes to the core game and fixed some bugs, notably the avatar issue for non-human slave makers. Also some items images missing (leash)

Once I finish the changes to the core game for Ranma (should be soon) I will release a bug fix version 3.3.02 for the game.

Personally, I am a bit ill at the moment, some virus I got over the weekend, but then again my health has been fragile recently.

Release Notes:
* The new XML file should fix the bugs that have been reported, plus correct for some spelling or grammatical errors I found in the text. (Thanks for the bug reports!)
* The new image files now include size optimized PNG files.
* Defeating Mistress Scarlet and giving the Mansion to the Lord will now allow the SM to be promoted to a new job as Sheriff for the small district around the Red Devil Mansion. Note: this job does not carry on after the Sakuya module ends.
* Problems with permanently adding Meiling, Kasen and Koakuma as owned slaves to the SM's household seem to be fixed. The latest XML file includes needed sex and discussion images for Kasen and Koakuma. FYI, I plan to eventually buildout Meiling and Kasen as full training assistants with special properties and events.
* 3 Beach events have been debugged. Note that two of these events are precursors to an eventual anal slut training process that requires collecting anal training equipment. Custom items still do not work for game 3.3, so full development of this aspect to Anal Slut training remains on hold. Currently, Sakuya can be declared 'anal slut' simply because she performs anal sex 30 times or more.

3rd Party Releases and Updates

New Slave: Mariya

Chaos-X has released Mariya from Maria-Holic. Mariya is a male, but is a trap (dresses like a female)

Why beta you ask? Here are the reasons:

Solid amount of image editing remains

Matsurika should be able to become an assistant if conditions are met. XML Development Problem.

Matsurika and Mariya should be able to become an assistant if conditions are met. XML Development Problem.

Footjobs and Handjobs are bugged. Naming problem, either images don't appear or you get refused.

Once fucked enough times with succubi, that will guarantee the demonic ending for Mariya, several stats should be maxed, but it currently breaks the game. Update Slave Problem.

Mariya as an assistant bonuses are not done. XML Development Problem.

After a successful training, Charlas Mansion should become available as an VIP resting area for the SM, to relax, talk to Charla and her assistants, to pay them to watch them have sex. Planned Feature.

The reason for lack of any other Maria Holic characters besides Matsurika is simply because of picture issues. I don't guarantee if I will make them present as characters rather than random people present in sex scenes and other images.
Report whatever bugs, issues, spelling errors, whatever you find to me here.

On a more final note at the moment, I hope you will like it because My God What Have I Done.

Morrigan now has a ton of quests to unlock her stats. Here they all are. I've tested some, but not all. Anyone who could send me some feedback would be much appreciated!

Most of the old issues and bugs are fixed. Probably the time you get her as a slave ought to be lengthened, but I haven't done that yet.

In there, 3 new assistants. The ‘Love Angels’ Angel Lily, Angel Daisy and Angel Salvia, all from Wedding Peach.

Angel Lily and Daisy require 30+ Renown to hire. Angel Salvia increase Charisma and Temperament, but decrease Obedience each day. There were not a lot of artwork for them, especially for the Hentai, but I did manage to make them as assistants.

An tiny edit is made to Wedding Peach’s description to add the fact that she’s the leader of the Love Angels.

The Assistants Catherine + typos fix, Mami Tomoe + image changes requested by Cmac, Lethe + images/night event/love node updates, the new credit in Lilymon and Angewomon code fix are also included.

Updated Catgirl Module
Lilith Dark Elven released a fix for the catgirl module

Made a small tweak - thanks to Cryosaur's Hack add-on (included) becoming Benten's devotee now enables the Catgirls are Common option (Catgirl event frequency goes up from 40% to 60%).BTW You may think you've already enabled it in options but unfortunately the option isn't staying set when closing the game - this gets round that by re-enabling it each morning.

3rd Party Add-Ons

There have been a few new add-ons released by other developers

Catgirl Module
Lilith-Dark-Elven has released a set of tweaks for catgirl training. This requires version 3.3.01

Extract to your Slavemaker 3 folder, the images folder should go in Images and the other files in Events. If Events4.txt already exists then add &Event-Catgirl.xml to the end of its contents.
Slavemaker v3.3.1 is required.

This is a collection of small tweaks to the game for those of us who like to train catgirls.

The first day of running the module you will get a prompt asking you if you think catgirls can become cumsluts.If you say no then any catgirls who go for cumslut declaration will be told that this is perfectly natural as they are cat slaves, & cats love 'cream' and they will be not become cumsluts. This is a one time event - answer yes if you want Cumslut declarations to be unaffected.

If you have Level 2 Cattraining skill Benten will appear in the night and offer for you to become her devotee. This will increase your SM's conversation unless it is at 100 or you have blunt, and the first time you Pray at Church each day your slave gets a small boost to singing or dancing or conversation selected at random, and give you discounts on Singing lessons and Catitems (which you will receive automatically for each new slave). If you agree and you are not a follower of the New Gods your religion will change.

Other effects of the module are to add text to acts that provide "cream", and allow the minor slave Sana to assist cattraining, wearing a cattail without having Anal Plug skill mastered tires the slave and catgirl assistants add Meow! to their speech (this last is a bit erratic, I'd like to know if any inappropriate Meows turn up

a couple of Month ago, before i was too much absorbed with Mass effect 3 multiplayer, the Random Number God Store, and the extensive gold farming in firebase white/geth/gold to try to upgrade the Ultra rare weapons of my manifest, i created some small 3rd party update.

In their description you will note that they are suposed to have elemental powers, unfortunately the game currently do not support elemental bonus, if Cmac is willing to implement that into combat fighting, i will gladly update them with the elemental value they deserve.

You do not have to download the full game to get this update. I have provided the update version to allow you to only download the files that changed for this fix.

I have provided torrents for the full game to allow people to download and install the full version if they did not get the original 3.3 release.

But also if you download a torrent and when you start it in your torrent client have it download into a folder containing the original installation of the game it will check the existing files and ONLY download the files that have changed. Thus you can download all torrents into your current installation and it will update your game with the changed files.

Slave Maker 3.3 Notes

I will address here some common questions and explain about the new version. Also the comments for the last post were getting unweildy.

Downloads for new release and Installation

These are in several groups of packs. These are intended to allow you to pick and choose, especially if you are bandwith limited.

For each type the installation will involve

torrents or magnet links
just download all the torrents into the same folder and this will create a functional game. You can choose some or all (Basic Pack is mandatory)

filehost like (exoshare or rapidshare)

download the the sets you want, again Basic Pack is mandatory
extract the archives all into the same folder
OR extract into separate folders, then move the extracted contents into a common install folder

direct downloads
GJustG has made available zipped versions of all packs + a zipped version of the full game. Like with the filehosts just download and unzip to a common folder

Common Problems Reported

for Freelancers Shampoo always ends her training at day 73ish
Correct, this is as designed. Shampoo is special, essentially a tutorial, also in her story it describs how she has sold herself to you.

Lady Grey....
-Yes, she will always win the first encounter
-If you do not want to see her regularly, then just refuse to fight her, you will never see her again
-Onsen encounter gets to a screen where there is no text. Correct, as the event is incomplete.

open the array SlavesArray and find the index matching the number above.
