As part of these changes I have done some changes to the core game and fixed some bugs, notably the avatar issue for non-human slave makers. Also some items images missing (leash)
Once I finish the changes to the core game for Ranma (should be soon) I will release a bug fix version 3.3.02 for the game.
Personally, I am a bit ill at the moment, some virus I got over the weekend, but then again my health has been fragile recently.

And that's after sundown! ;-) And being originally from New England, I remember well many a summer where the humidity level was higher than the temperature. What fun that was. ReplyDeleteI'm training Shampoo as a new guild trainer.
I use Gold cheat to get enough gold.
Than i bought all the available minor slaves.
I send Shampoo and my assistant to do something and take "talk to slaves" as trainer action.
I do an intimate with the first slave (with contraception OFF) and go to the second slave, here's the bug/problem i found, as soon as i exit the 1st minor slave (after being intimate with her), all the minor slave stop displaying the buttons for discus/intimacy/order.
Is it something i did wrong? Is there a fix? Or did i find a new bug?
I am not aware of any similar bug. If you save the game and then reload are the buttons still missing?
DeleteI read your reply and tried loading that save (unfortunately i did not save until i finished training Shampoo, so the save is from between the slaves) from there i took another slave "Akane" and tried to "Talk to your slaves" with several minor slaves both as Trainer only action and as Morning (before planing) action, the buttons did not show.
DeleteJust for experiment i tried making a new trainer again with Shampoo and repeating the gold cheating and buying of all the minor slaves, this time the buttons for discus/intimacy/order do not show from the start.
I have the unplayed copy of the same version in my torrent folder, i will copy the "basic" and "Update3301" to a new location, and than see if i can reproduce the bug in that basic+update3301 game.
I will get back to you later in the day with the result.

ReplyDeleteSetText clears the text areas and then shows the text. AddText appends.
DeleteSo use SetText for the first bit (often optional as the text is clear to start with) and then use AddText to add text variations based on gender, supervision or other flags etc.
Also AddText is used when you want to modify an existing event and append some text to a standard event.

How can I get vampire slave ending for Sakuya?
ReplyDeleteThe value of the sexuality slider UI element need to be set to the main slave's value after reviewing (and possibly other interactions) with minor slaves.
ReplyDeleteAfter reviewing a heterosexual minor slaves, a bisexual slave would have the indicator all the way to the right (sexuality value for the slave isn't messed up, since it's still labeled 'bisexual', but the slider UI element obviously had the wrong value). Any (most?) sex act with the slave causes the slider to display the (presumably) correct value.
IIRC, this problem has been around since 3.3, but it's definitely in 3.3.01 for me.
From previous reports this is more an issue with queued plannings. Try deleteing all training and re-queue and you should find it will correcty handle sexuality then.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load a save game with bisexual slave.

4. Exit the review area (hit Exit), exit the talk to slave area (hit Exit again).
5. Check Slave Stat 2 page; notice the slider remains all the way to the right.

6. Go to planning, clear all planned activities.
7 Check Slave Stat 2 page; notice the slider remains unchanged, all the way to the right.
p.s. I was the one who reported the issue with sexuality direction with planning queue; this really seems like a different issue.
Does anyone know what the new Lady Grey events are? Do the options lead to anything like Grey falling in love with the Slave Maker?

DeleteI realize the Lady Grey events are in their infancy at this point, but I came across a bug within them that you may need to know about. First, the Lady Grey events seem to reset with each new slave. They do not carry over. So, having selected a new slave to train, I fought Lady Grey for the first time and received the full text and mandatory loss. The next day I forgot to go meet her at the Onsen - did my trainings for that day and saved it in the evening. The next morning, Lady Grey's sister shows up angry that I did not fulfill my oath causing a loss to my Renown. Since I had only gotten a few days into training this slave I decided to reload my save from before choosing the slave, but the 2nd morning with the new slave and assistant Lady Grey's sister showed up angry again. It carried over to a brand new save. I did find that exiting SM and reloading cleared this bug though.

When I updated Morgian and Sakuya I no longer see their images. Can anyone tell me quickly what I did wrong in order to get them back ?

Unfortunately, my resolution isn't high enough to view everything the seer says, and the part that gets cut off is what I'm looking for. "This girl's destiny stands at a crossroads. She is strong in the power of the fae to increase lust and fertility, as well as a very high libido. You can give" is where it stops. Is there something else I need to know, or will I get the morning event ending soon? Thanks

ReplyDeleteit keeps failing, no matter where from.
so far as i can tell it's just too big and the connection screws up, or something. my computer is convinced it's finished downloading it with only 1/5th the file transferred. in contrast, the smaller ones downloaded just fine with no choking or other random issues. (the issue seems to kick in with files on the high end of the 200s, from memory)
if pack 5 (and any others of comparable size) could be reposted as 2 or 3 smaller packs it would be a huge help.

Deleteactually, given that pack 2 (400 something MB) downloaded just fine, i'm not sure what the issue is, but the smaller the file the less likely it is to fail and the less of my data cap i'm wasting when/if it does.
where i download the file from doesn't seem to make much difference.
pretty sure it's never choked on anything under 200MB though. and files under 100MB download really quickly (not just because they're smaller) so i wouldn't be at all surprised if it was some sort of government influenced ISP shenanigans (current government here is sucking up to the USG etc on the whole copyright/TPP bullshit something fierce...)
I would suggest then use the torrents to download. They fully handle resuming etc so you will not waste anything.

Try checking the slaves Ryo and Mariya both are also male (Ryo is hidden initially, Mariya openly so)
DeleteFuck is different for male slaves, it is 'Fuck You' ie the slave will fuck a female slave. There is no option to fuck a male slave, except by the anal action or lesbian (ie gay sex)
Similarly Tits-Fuck will disappear.
Generally the actions will convert in planning to the equivallent or be removed.
I was not going to do the water changing process, as it was not previously there for Ranma. I have added an alternate transformation that does involve water (for the Old Gods worshippers) but in a different way. I was thinking of adding a event here she is doused in hot water and for a moment becomes male.
I suppose the thing here is I am not following the manga in a lot of detail, personailty and concepts and use the original where I can. For instance for simplicitly Genma is not his father (just too complex to add it). Similary Akane, Kasumi, Nabiki, Shamppo will have interactions and events but not really like the manga.
Also note I avoid using images by RanmaBooks (their various doujin works). There are a few I will remove as I edit up some more images (a naked male mainly now)
Regarding this I have yet to work on the male slaves yet but I have a question. I generally use a dickgirl slavemaker so I was wondering how a male slaves night actions are effected. Like you say fuck him is replaced with him fucking you but if your a dickgirl then is it different? If its not I have an idea to make it different if you want. Like the Fuck option still has the Dickgirl slave fucking him but since he cant become a lesbian the switch that to the dickgirl of fuck a woman. I can't program for shit otherwise I'd explore these ideas myself so all I can do is post some possible suggestions.

Events do not use Initialise nodes or functions.
DeleteYoo normally initialise when LoadGame() function is called. but for xml there is no particular node called.
You could do as you note though. not by editing base.xml but by creating a new version of the TakeAWalkStart copying the existing and adding your own. Put this in your own xml and then it will replace the existing version.
Probably for not the best solution is to add a node to
UpdateDateAndItems for your event that enables your house etc

So I was wondering I know the Unusual cum advantage can make a slave into a dickgirl but its far easier to do that with just astrid and it also makes the cumslut endings easier but I was wondering if it was possible to add another effect. If you have the advantage during the opening text with that adavantage it says you were hit with an enormous libido you could barely contol until your first lover and she became obsessed with you so I was wondering if it could be added that this advantage increases love enough to be equal or even greater then a male slavemaker.

Like getting fucked by a bull on the farm, or that strange creature in the forest or a pack of wolves raping the slave and or the slavemaker (depending on their gender) or some kind of octopus or even a shark raping the slave at the beach. Also maybe some cross species breeding for example an event at the secure slave pens or even a minor slave of a genetically altered dog that the slavemaker can get the can impregnate slaves. Another idea would be a new house that is a farm that has a special bull that can impregnate your slaves to breed human cow hybrids to create your own farm similar to the existing one but instead of just using girls using the hybrids.

A couple ideas I have are maybe a pheromone that can increase certain slave stats like love, lust, and/or obedience. They could also effect some npc's because I've only found that the swim instuctor is the only npc that seems to be able to fall in love with you. One last question and this one regards to gameplay. Is there any way to increase my nobility I used Mardukane born to get lvl 2 but I can't seem to get lvl 3 since you can't use the points after completing a slave and even selling akane to the lord doesn't seem to increase it.

4) nobility - level 3 is impossible in the game at this time.
Level 2 is also granted by giving Akane to the Lord
Bestiality aside. Are you interested in making it possible to train your slaves in to your own dog girls or cow girls? Just wondering if it was something we might look forward to in the near future :D Other than that thanks for all the hard work Cmac and devs!

It’s a pretty nice event. For the English in your texts, you could always ask someone among the devs of Slave Maker if they are interested to help for ‘improving’ your text. I guess I could have a look if you want, but since English is not my main language, I do tend to do some mistakes/typos from time to time.

Yes, The rate isn't as high as it was before but I can see the lizard girl a maximum of 2-3 times in the morning if I walk 5 times in the forest. It isn't every day though.

DeleteI decided to see what happens with the astrids events and I refused to sell her. I won the fight and then I had the option to free astrid and negotiate or leave her to the girls. No matter which one I choose there is no even text or picture for the next part. Is it not finished yet? If It helps I'm using Yurika.

I very highly doubt its a false positive (ever heard of false positive virus on an image file before?). so those 2 files probably are real viruses.
I'll just replace them with some custom files probably. just so happens i like these 2 characters. but i think you should replace those files in the official packs aswell.
Actually they are not viruses at all. They are issues where the image can for older software cause crashes. If you are running a current operating system and version of the flash player then there is no issue at all.
DeleteHi i'm trying to unlock the ruins, i am on the part where i need to get nymph tears for lady farun but when i speak with astrid she doesnt bring up the subject about the tears. She only asks if I want to take some other potion. I also tried speaking with the private tutor a number of times but she doesn't give me the tears either ( walking to palace and lake)
