Usually there's one uploaded by someone else once they get through the file hosting crap (at least multiple uploaders speeds it up some), but when it's a high demand public torrent the total required upload to get the file fully seeded is often higher than just uploading it to a host and letting others download it from there. Someone with a seedbox or good upload can do it, but overall hosts are faster at the start.
My first time coming back to take a look at my favorite game and I found a new update !! O_O
