I hope everyone has a pleasant and safe holiday.
Some Christmas cheer from some of my favourites from the game, Lady Farun/Ivy and Arcueid with her catgirl succubus familiar.
I am leaving on holidays to visit my family and I will have limited internet access for a while, so please do not expect many replies here or in the forums until I return.
I hope to have a new release of the game early in the new year, but will depend on how much fun or not my holiday is. If the holiday is fun then the release might be delayed!
Note: I updated the last post with a bug fix for the new slave Nao.

DeleteI was thinking on doing a game my self, something simple, like "Choose-Your-Own-Adventure" kind.
1 pic + text + 2 or 3 chocies leading to other pics with 2 or 3 choices each, and so on...
no randomness or anything to complicated
...and I started a Flash CS6 (actionscript 2) course, but its all about movies, i mean, you can never "stay still" on a frame
so I was hoping if any of you could give me any advice or tip. specially any web, forum or book to learn.

DeleteThere is nothing to be embarrassed about. We all had to start somewhere. It sounds interesting, and I'm sure there are people that would be happy to help. I'm not a coder, though. I do writing and storyline work, as well as a little bit of graphics modification.
And it wasn't a dumb question, either.

When Cmac returns from vacay, ask again.
DeleteTo stop your flash game from running through all frames right away, use stop(); in the first frame. After that, you can control your frame changes with buttons and so on.

Hi, still on holidays, but a quick note here
DeleteTo stop the movies, see the examples code in the SDK
You will see in the HideImages() or Initialise() functions lines like
FuckClip.gotoAndStop(1);
etc
make sure to either stop() or gotoAndStop(1) all frames
You can also do this in global scope (ie outside any function) if your slave is not class based
The previous sDK did this for Akane for instance.
The game always called HideImage() and all other hide functions when the swf is loaded
How do you unlock the Fetish Academy for Sakuya's training, I've tried everthing, including visiting the palace at every hour I'm able and I haven't been able to find an answer online. I remember being able to do it very easily before, but I can't seem to find the right time now.

Delete1) please check the comments for the last few posts in this blog. A person had commented about a fix I posted a while ago. They got an issue like this and downloaded a fix I had posted of the Slave folders xml files and that fixed it for them. I do not have access to re-make the fix at this time
2) check the folders for all slaves EXCEPT Morrigan are present in the folder

for two...That's just it. There are no folders for them in the slave folder portion [in images] are anywhere else for that matter. It's like I'm completely missing the folders for these slaves. Ive been looking for these missing images for a while now.

The fix does not address any issue of missing folders. If you are missing them then you need to redownload the sale packs and reinstall

-extract them into the game folder

or maybe i have to check all the discussion about the slaves at the futanari palace?
Deletecmacleod, None of the available upgrades has the missing the folders in the slave packs. Also the upgrades themselves do not have them.

DeleteThe Slave Pack include all folders for the slaves they include. The most recently released slaves have not been bundled into packs released yet
first girls ,like Shampoo, Akane, Belldandy... Heather, Menace, Felicia... Naru... etc, don't have a 'images folder' and the pictures are inside a .swf like Slave-Shampoo.swf, Slave-Akane.swf.... Slave-Naru.swf in %SMHome%/Slaves

ReplyDeleteUm. Are you going to do a follow up full release. Several of the slaves are missing their folder in the images part. It's hard to play as these characters without the images: Heather, Menace and Felicia for example.

DeleteAny issues with a version someone has edited I suggest you ask them about your problems.
But the issue you report sound very much like you have a partial installation, say just a patch, not a full game.

DeleteI'm scratching my head over why anyone would need to "hack" SM3 in the first place. To what end? But you might remember a while back that I told you about various game sites posting earlier versions of the game in incomplete form. Methinks that is what Hall ran into.

If you downloaded a version of Slavemaker from other than Cmac's approved hosts and mirrors, which it sounds like you did not, Cmac will not guarantee the integrity of it.
DeleteBTW, valid copies can also be found on sex3Dhentai, which are also valid content.
Out of curiosity is there a tortiseSVN of slavemaker3 so it's easier to follow the updates?
