SlaveMaker 3.3 Release

This is the full release for the new version 3.3 of the game.

The release is divided into several parts, each has a torrent version and a direct download + a filehost version.

The torrent versions are not archived, they contain all needed files and standardly create a folder
SlaveMaker 3.3
for the game.

The direct downloads are a link to a server provided by GjustG that has all individual files. To download the entire game you would need to use a website mass copy program like httrack. You can use these links to download individual files in case you lose or delete a file accidentally.

The filehost versions are rar archives, for these you will have to install by
a) make sure you have a program that supports rar files. Try 7zip, WinRar
b) extract the archive(s) into the same folder. I suggest create a folder SlaveMaker 3.3 and extract into that folder

note that more filehost mirrors will be uploaded.


Basic Pack
This is the core game and is a playable version of the game, with a few slaves, assistants and minor slaves. It also contains all the standard events and all the game executables, including a Mac OSX version in this release.

If you have not played the game before then download this version and try it out.

Assistant Pack
This is a pack of additional assistants, fellow slavemakers to aid in supervising your slaves. They can have special abilities and give bonuses to training slaves.

This pack is optional, and you can choose not install this of you want.  

These were developed by various people, myself, Someone1001, M.I.A amongst others. There is a full list with credits in the Basic Pack in the html file

This is a pack of additional minor slaves, lower ranked slaves that can be used to help train you slaves. Some have special abilities, for instance the Nurse Cora.

This pack is optional, and you can choose not install this of you want.

These remaining 7 packs are collections of slaves released for the game. Most packs contain 10 slaves and are organised in order the slaves were released.

These packs are optional, and you can choose to download and install any or all of these, or none.

hm2k made a torrent of the complete version, including some recent (after the 3.3 release) changes by M.I.A (see the first comment of this post). In general I would prefer you to use the individual torrents above, but if you prefer here is the torrent

This is not a version made by myself so is semi-unofficial

 Notes:
virus reports
there have been a few reports of antivirus programs reporting issues for some image files. These all appear to be false positives (ie not actual infections or problems). These are a type of buffer-overrun issue at one time that these may represent. In reality these do not matter, at worst they cause a program displaying the image to crash. 

bugs
these are known bugs in this release. As was discussed in previous posts I am releasing here to get a common release I can ask people to upgrade to and as a baseline for new work. The remaining issues are not major but please expect small fixes to follow to address these.
Also note many are specific to certain slaves, not to all slaves or the core game.

    Now that the awesome v.3.3 is out, it’s time for a new release with new assistants, fixes for the minor slaves and for the French translation assistants. Note that you need the ‘Basic Game’ + ‘Assistant Pack’ + ‘Minor Slave Pack’ for the release to work.

    *10 new Assistants!
    Amu Hinamori, from Shugo Chara. A ‘clean’ (no sex) assistant, but she has 100 discuss images and 4 Morning Events involving her Guardian Characters: Ran, Miki, Su and Dia. They are fairies in the Slave Maker universe. I still tag her as ‘Vanilla’, because there is no custom storyline, just some basic events.

    Cure Echo, from Pretty Cure All Stars New Stage: Mirai no Tomodachi. An other ‘clean’ assistant due to the simple lack of H images.

    Cure Happy, from Smile Precure!
    Cure Peace, from Smile Precure!, also an ‘clean’ Assistant.
    Cure Rouge, from Yes! Precure 5!
    Fuuka Yamagishi, from Persona 3
    Milky Rose, from Yes! Precure 5 Go Go!
    Micaiah, from Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn.
    Rise Kujikawa, from Persona 4
    Yuria, from Fire Emblem: Seisen no Keifu.

    *French Translation Fix for the Pretty Cures + Wedding Peach, since the word 'vigilante' simply does not exist in French. Also, a fix for Jem in French, since her Age and Blood Type nodes are missing. Jem now has 3 random Morning Events involving her singing one of the many songs heard during the ‘Jem and the Holograms’ show.

    *Now, several Assistants got the Love node at various levels. Since I don’t fully remember which ones got it (I got a lot of Assistants to cover), all the XMLs are included.

    *Cure Blossom and Cure Marine got an update for their full name ‘Cure Blossom and Cure Marine’ instead of ‘C.Blossom and C.Marine’. The same things apply for Cure Melody and Cure Rhythm. The only downside is that the assistant stat page will read ‘Cure Blossom and Cure Marine St’ (St = Statistics).

    *Images Update for Cure Muse, Cure Mint, Cure Blossom and Cure Marine, plus Cure Moonlight. Only the new images are included with this release. Amu, Colette, Cure Happy, Lyndis, Marta, Rise and Yukiko Amagi got Love Confession images as well.

    *The Minor Slaves got a fix for the proper number of Discuss images to display (both English/French).

      In most cases yes, but ther may be some things that do not work. ?Make sure
      a) you are not in the middle of training a slave (ie save after training completes)
      b) I have some reports Lady Farun events may get broken

    Something I noticed was that the full-moon expansion event only occurs for one slave per campaign. Is this supposed to happen? Same with the Count Gossem one; the initial meeting was allowed for all slaves, but now as soon as you do the initial meeting other slaves no longer have that option.

    So I noticed some Slave pack files like Mai (Slave Pack 3) do not have xml files but a separate image folder.

    Where do I save these images to get them to work? Note that I'm downloading files individually instead of whole rar files since I really don't want to clutter the game up with characters I don't want.

      I think i found where this is coming from. I got the same error, coming from UTorrent(connection refused), and i found that my anti-virus was warning me of possible infections on a few image file partially downloaded. For some reason, the lock made by the anti-virus disturbed my utorrent, that went into the "connection refused" error.

    Thank you very much for your work, I've been really looking forward to playing this.

    I don't want to make this sound whiny, but I find it an odd choice that the tiny <1MB torrent files are on exoshare, which is commercial site with annoying features like timeouts, javascript requirements, tracking cookies, etc... but the far, far larger entire package is on an easy direct download site.

    I would have put the tiny torrent file on the easy direct link and the big complete (bandwidth hog) files on the commercial download site, but I guess that's just me. Would it be possible to add the tiny torrent files to the direct download site? They would be a fraction of the bandwidth of a full download.

    Just a suggestion, thanks again for all your hard work.

      I do not have a direct access to upload files to the direct download server. They download a torrent and then mirror any downloaded files.

      Assuming all the downloads are the same, inside each pack was a Slavemaker 3.3 folder. Just combine all of that folder into one.

    A bug I noticed:
    The game wigged a bit while I was training Samus. During a trip to the Armoury, I bought a chain mail, was given the response for buying a lust draft from the shop, and was then in the shop screen instead of the armoury. The button to continue with my schedule was absent, leaving me stuck.

      How do you mean there are no links, the exoshare have many links, generally see the icon to the left of the service name (a green down pointing arrow for instance)

    One bug i encountered was the time limit for trainning when playing as freelancer (tested trainning Shampoo and it ended automaticaly at day 73, with no owner found yet). Great job anyway, really enjoying it all ^^

      That is correct and intended. Shampoo is a special case, she is your slave and you are training her for your personal use and to train yourself. If at a later time you wish to sell her you still can via the Slave Market.

    Great game, thanks!

    One thing I'd like you to change is the quick save/load icon messages (on the right side of the clear button). Those messages appears on the top of the icons and its little "painfull" to do savings (I now there's an alternative method).

      There are shortcut keys for loading and saving. In the main morning/evening screen use
      Shift + S
      or
      Shift + L

      Also
      Shift + F1 to load slot 1 etc

    Cmacleod42, just to ask if you can. In previous post, one comment made me think to a sort of another ending and make the slave pregnant, i have the idea of sort of bonus ending.
    If you accept the love of the slave, and you are the only one who have sex with her,at the end you rebought her, and if you want her love, you free her to marry her and made her your concubine and you make her pregnant with your child.

    How does this sound ?

    Hi! I used to play with this a lot about 1-2 yrs ago, but then there was an update (3.2.something) that showed some gay/yaoi pictures whenever I tried to train hermafrodites, which disturbed me, so I left it alone since I couldn't get rid of those. I didn't find any mention of this anywhere either. I'd like to ask what is in this new version, if it can be disabled, etc. I don't want to waste 3GB of dl if I have to see these in order to play. Or was it an effect of one of the assistants I chose, or something else? Your reply would be greatly appreciated.

      Same here, if I try to review a minor slave I just get kicked out right to the main screen in just one second. However I noticed that any command you issue (if you are fast enough) really IS processed (stats change and time is consummed).

    @CMAC (suggestion for Interface change)

    A thought: The planning of night activities has always been clunky compared to daytime planing. You have to constantly go back and fourth between tabs to plan it out. And for some reason I can never find anything on the Sex Trainings the first few seconds of looking at it because of the way it is alfabetisied (left to right instead of columnwise). And with Footjob and Handjob added this list now also needs scrolling. It is super annoying in the long run.

    I suggest: Could you insert the current skilllevel of an activity directly into the planning button, for instance it could say "Blowjob(2)" instead of just "Blowjob". This would ease nighttime planing like 10 times. If not possible then please do something about the sorting of the list. Sort by column instead and move the secondary line for all activities to the mouseover instead.

    Love the game, but is spending way to much time on night planning :)

      I think by doing a lot of Intimacy, and if the Contraceptive are disabled (uncheck), they can get pregnant, but I'm not 100% sure. Note that the 'clean' (no help with sex) assistants, like Rhia or Koudelka, cannot get pregnant.

    Thanks for the full version torrent. Downloading it with a magnet link is much better than downloading the torrent file from a file sharing site.
    I'm now downloading with 6 megabytes/s and uploading with 2 megabytes/s.

      Do you mean the filehost versions? If so just extract them all into the same folder.

      For the torrents they will normally all download into the same folder and create a playable game

    Note all:
    I will only be seeding the torrents when my system is on from now on, there are plenty of seeds otherwise.

    If I see torrents losing seeds I will resume seeding. GjustG server will be seeding all torrents for the indefinite future as well. Most torrents have 100+ seeds at the moment.

    I'm downloading all slave packs with torrents links but I noticed that the slave pack 1 don't have image folder, why?

      There are two types of slaves: slaves coded in XML, which got an image folder associated with them (like Mai, Moka etc), and slaves coded in swf/flash, which do not have a folder, since their images are in the .swf file (like Shampoo, Yurika, Miku etc).

    or the page remains blank (white) and nothing happens, ever.

      If you have a script blocker running like "NoScript", or have scripts disabled in the browser, that will cause the symptoms you are describing.

      The File Host sites all require the browser to be able to run scripts in order to function.

    Bugs found so far the aforementioned inability to buy anything in the armory, and Lady Faron has no cat items. Shampoo will not wear the cat dress even at 100 obedience.

      To start catgirl training (ie have Shampoo wear the cat dress) you need to have learned the skill 'CatSlave Trainer'. Hint: take your slave for singing lessons

    For some reason, when the the personal supervision/assistant supervision option button got bugged, it didn't get fixed when I retired. I had to start a new game (i think this happened after I selected the noble female Slavemaker (2 slots before before Haruhi) and one of the new M.I.A. assistants (Carrie or Eirika I believe).
    Also all of the new M.I.A. assistants are keep getting replaced by Shampoo.

      Did you have, in your Slaves folder, an file called 'Slave-GenericSlave.swf'? If you don't have it, issues like that happen. Cmac has posted a download link for that file in a previous blog post.

      Also one last question to anyone. When I trained Akane first and I was a freelancer, no matter how much days had passed, there was no deadline and instead buyers kept offering to buy her. But when I did Naru first (and got her back from love ending), Akane has now a deadline that makes her auto-sold to an owner. I thought the freelancer path was supposed to prevent stuff that from happening like how it says in the description?

      If you actually sell a slave as a FreeLancer then a deadline is added. If you do not actually see then your time is unlimited

    One bug I've found, and SandBox Mode was disabled. If the Slave Trainer is with the Guild and train any slaves, his/her image disappears from the Slave Market after the training, but his/her name can still be selected from the pulldown list, making that slave always trainable. I’ve done it with Yurika and Dark Magician Girl. Also, a part of Kasumi introduction is cut. Oh, and the dark color code for the dialog text during the Assistant/Minor Slave introduction make some of them hard to read (for me anyway), especially for Lillymon and Nina Wang (or any one with a colorfull picture under the text). Maybe another color could be picked, like a dark red or a not-too-bright yellow?

    Is it possible to have the image files for slaves/assistants etc. in some sort of packs in the future? Most of these files are small, but rather numerous. Because of that moving/copying takes quite a bit of extra time, especially for weaker PC's/slower HDD's.

    Though I know it would make it more work for developers side, when it is a matter of simple updates.

    I have a couple bug reports:

    1. "Clear all" in Planning during daytime has severe performance issue. Can take several minutes to complete. Appears to only be when clearing "School" jobs... related to audio from cash refund? (just guessing).
    Configuration: Ubuntu, flash player. Firefox. Legacy hardware (2.1 GHZ single core, 2g ram).
    Steps to reproduce: Select all "school" tasks (I used Etiquette school) and "Repeat" check mark, complete training, next day, go to planning, select Planning, click Clear All.
    Note: Seems worst on Sakuya "Dog Obedience", does not happen with individually clearing actions.

    2. Probably not a bug, but undesirable (IMO): Dog Obedience text longer than first box, causes you to unable to see training gains without selecting slave stats.
    Config, reproduce: as above, select dog obedience.
    Suggested fix: Have longer text occur only on first use.

    3. Sorry I have a poor problem report. On my first play through, one of the slaves (can't for the life of me remember which one), the costume prices rose exponentially every time I looked at them.

    4. Katsumi: Her special skill is listed as "Katsumi" rather than "Combat" (or whatever).

    5. Aeris: At one point late in her training, her Nymph Magic went to NaN, with predictablly non-predictable results. Sorry, don't have a good report here either.

      For issue 2: I don't believe this is a bug. Some of the texts spill over to the 'text' tab and that is what displays. In order to see the stat gains you need to click on the 'slave stats 1' tab. You can then go back to the 'text' tab and continue reading until you click the 'next/leave' button and the next training event occurs.

    Probably not a bug, but again, undesired (IMO): Once gaining naginata skill, Lady Grey continues to fight you. Can get tedious. Happens even if you change weapons.

    Suggestion/workaround: She only offers to fight you while you are wielding Naginata.

      The Lady Grey compares your skill and her skill only (stats do not matter). A random factor is added and then the outcome determined. She starts quite good and improves each battle (as do you). Once you max out your skill you should win most battles with her, but not all.

      I am using Vuze/Azeureus. Magnet links need to be assigned to it, they do not seem to be supported by default, Sorry forget what to do at the moment.

      Still there are the .torrent files also provided and they should work fine, You will have to download the individual packs

    Love this game, very addicting. So I was happy with a new release. Downloaded everything, unarchived everything.

    As I play, I only see a few slaves and assistants. Do I need to be doing something to move things from folder to folder? Or will these other slaves show up once I start going up in levels or something?

      If the slaves images are grey-out/darker, it means that you cannot train them until your Slave Trainer got enough Renown. For the assistants, this message ''You are not well-know enough. They will not work for you'' show up if the Renown is too low. When the Renown requirement will be reach, either 30 or 60 (or 100/max for two assistants), the slaves/assistants will be available.

      I remember that from the earlier edition I played. I started over with this one (because I stupidly erased my saved games). Anyway, the slaves are not even showing up as options, gray or otherwise. I moved the files into the Slavemaker 3 folder, but they still are in their subfiles. Should I be moving them out into a specific place? I'm afraid to move them only to be wrong and then not remember how to put them back.

      But some of the packs have other subfolders, with names like "images" -- where do I move those files?

      Move all folders from the packs into the game folder, merge and overwrite if asked.

      The intention for the packs is merge them all into the same folder. This is the basic instruction I gave the the post

    It appears that even assistants like peorth and cecile can't get pregnant even with max fertility and contraceptives unchecked. However it seems that other slaves can get impregnated.

    Also before this update the slave you were working on could also get pregnant, I see that its not happening anymore, did something change?

      Did you make sure you had zero debt? It is a graphical bug where it gives you 1 or 2 gp on your gold status, but in actuality all of it goes towards your debt, which can be seen in "your stats 1" window.

    2 Minor bug issues (3.3):

    After starting new games I have the following problems:

    1. Restaurant job: After accepting the switch to chef from waitress my slave does not start working as a chef. She still ends up working as a waitress. Reproduced in two saves and with 2 slaves in each game.

    2. Minor slaves: Occasionally a blank image will be displayed instead of conversation/intimacy images. And with Passel (by CampeonKid) after initially working the intimacy option displays one of the pregnancy reveal pictures and the intimacy option locks up and doesn't work (pregnancy picture is shown, no stats are changed, and you are returned to the Discuss/Intimacy/Give Orders options without having spent the 30min). Again, these have occurred over multiple new games with several slaves.

      Same here, I got a full army of minor slave Mia-Wayu clones before realizing how the bug worked. Funny in its own way.

      Also, I couldn't find minor slave Aisaka anywhere, but I don't know if my copy of Minor Slaves pack is wrong or she was left behind on purpose.

      You must of put the folder in the wrong place. Put the contents of all slave packs, notable the
      Slaves
      Images
      folders all into the same folder, not a subfolder etc. You need both folders if present.

    i've encountered a bug of sorts my Lamia with ALice assistant been milked once on farm i did not visit the farm for a long time i get the morning event discriptions she got swollen breasts etc. but it seems they cannot end the event and regardless of how meany days i train her she is still on milking ending witch is gay coz i want her with love ending :(

    I encountered a problem with shampoo. I was training her as a freelancer but was forced to end training at day 73 for no reason. My assistant was Alena.

      "That is correct and intended. Shampoo is a special case, she is your slave and you are training her for your personal use and to train yourself. If at a later time you wish to sell her you still can via the Slave Market."

      If someone does that, most of the assistants will be considered Lolis and then will not be available in the main game. BUT anyone is free to made sex version of them on the FP forums. However, if you want to enable it on your side (there will be no image thought), open the assistant xml and change all the ‘False’ to ‘True’. This will enable the tentacle rape and sex.

    Two more bugs:
    1. After losing to Lady Grey and being called to the onsen answering her question with either yes or no only gives the same picture of her without any text or stat changes.

    2. After (quick-)saving, quitting and reloading I lost all my minor slaves except for Maid Tara.

    I have the GenericSlave fix and am playing as a male freelance wealthy trainer in the mansion(thus Tara) training Shampoo with Rhia as assistant.

      How many minor slaves did you lose? Were there any other issues with the game after that?

      The most likely cause would be an issue with restrictions for saving cookies/local system objects. Some versions of the flash player have significant size limitations.

      I lost four in total, Ardala, Cora, Latala and Shizuru, with no other problems I could find.

      I am running the apparently most recent Adobe Flash 11,3,300,268 and allowed it unlimited disc space in the options.

    I've been playing since Slave Maker 2 was first released and have enjoyed the game and all it's continuing improvements. I can't wait to see what gets added next.

    I used to be able to edit the SOL file
    but in this new version I keep getting a undefined parameter in the names of the girls

    so minerva is not working

    I checked in sever different versions of minerva so don't know whats up, does this mean that the save is broken for editing

      From what I can tell its slaves 1-70 that are all undefined and then the others are picked up think Aeka is the first slave picked up

      Is this using an existing save from 3.2.06 or earlier?

      I do not quite see how the names become undefined.

      It is not an easy fix to correct this sort of problem, if important you could post a save game and I'll see if I can correct it

    I decided to wait until the true 3.3 release to try Tab00's loli pack out. Problem is, they're not in the minor slave market. I know for a fact that the pictures are right where they're supposed to be. The minor slaves folder, right? And I did that thing where you had to paste "SlavesTab00loli" in the section of the configuration.xml file, according to the readme. I even put "SlavesTab00loli.xml" in the English language folder and still they don't show up in the minor slave market! I'm more or less new to this sort of adding so what am I doing wrong?!

      A wild guess on that would be that 3.3 kind of maes the coding a bit outdtated... the same kind of goes for the 3.2 beta. Granted I wouldn't mind scenes with your so-called sister as an assistant. I only stae that since I do like Illya at times. :p

      Oddly enough that one works even with the beta but that's about it.

    Might be a bug - slavers constitution stats drop to a 0 every morning. Nothing changes this. The stat always drops without exceptions.

    I'm sorry to say but still has a bug in version 3.3.0.1, when I choose or furry catgirl vampire or as slave maker, the system returns to human blonde slave maker ever, when saved, and come back the next day happens also. Could solve this?
