Bug Fix on the way

I have made a fix that addresses most of the issues reported. I am running a small beta to check and will post here once tested

The other link is full of slavepacks from 1 to 8.

The container are double packed with winrar and every file got a password. So the filehoster cannot check the files in it and it will mostly not deleted cause of the erotic stuff in it ^^

Slave Maker 3.3.04

Version 3.3.04 Release
The new release is now ready for the game. This version does the following changes

Fixes

• fixes issue with custom walk locations/houses not appearing (ie Cave for Peach)
• many more bug fixes
• custom owners not being set correctly
• ability to restrict a slave/assistant from participating is sex acts was not properly working
• multiple small bugs
• loading may be a little faster
• custom talk to slaves and orders should correctly change stats

Adds some small new features

• Gay training for male slaves. Start by visiting shop. Otherwise small events in towncenter and at court/slave maklers can increase skill. Do not buy the book if you do not wish the training. The encounters will not happen
• Assistants and slaves will show any slave maker type skills in the review screens. For instance Manya/Minea will show their tentacle expert skill
• All items that appear for dresses can be tinted using xml and actionscript. Debugging menu as a new option for it
• partial implementation for puppy girl training. Will not start by all items, skills are present
• xml variable score added for owner testing and end game usage
• added new xml question system, partially tested so will discuss later
• slaves have a new list of trainings, so Cora has the training "Nurse", and Maran "MidWife". These are listed on the talk to slaves screen
• when a nurse or midwife realises a slave is pregnant you get a morning event where they inform you
• some image tweaks for Maran
• some new statistic background images for slaves. A generic pregnant, a pregnant ponygirl, pregnant catgirl, puppygirl (not visible currently). Note: some small issue with these, to be fixed
• xml variable 'lastending' is the ending number the slave last got. Useful for slaves when used as an assistant
• Race is now shown under the vital statictics for slaves and slave makers. Most slaves will just list 'Human' until updated, note M.I.A's assistants have been updated
• a small speed up for the load process
• minor slave 'Lara croft' slave market image has been tweaked, it was dull/low contrast
• adds a slave maker creation package "Gay Trainer"

Full Installation
This is a full and complete installation of the game, including all released content and the latest upgrades and 3rd party releases. This is quite large at 3.91Gb.

At this time only a torrent is provided for the full installation. Filhost versions will be provided for the Packs version (see below)

To help me seeding the torrent and speed your download, depending on your client you can use this torrent to upgrade your existing game installation. To do this you can

a) rearrange the image folders as described above for the upgrade, moving selected folder from Images to Image/Slaves
b) copy or rename your existing game installation to
SlaveMaker 3.3
Note: remember the previous folder name
c) start the torrent and make sure it downloads into the same folder as your current game. If you do not know how to do this you can instead

• start the torrent, wait for it to allocate all files
• stop the torrent and exit you client (do not delete the torrent, just pause it)
• find the folder your torrent client downloads into and the SlaveMaker 3.3 folder it is using
• copy your current game into that folder, replacing all files when asked.
• re-run your torrent client and resume the torrent. It will now continue, and a large percentage of the new version will be complete already

Packs
Theses are the game divided into parts, each allowing selected portions of the game to be dowloaded. This allows you to save download time and bandwidth as you need.

The packs are

• Basic Pack - this is the core game. It is a basic playable version of the game with a few slaves and assistants
• Assistants Pack - an add-on that adds many more assistants for the game
• Minor Slaves Pack - an add-on that adds many more minor slaves to the game
• Events Pack - an add-on that adds additional content to the game, developed by 3rd party developers
• Slave Packs 1 to 8 - These are collections of 10 slaves for the game (pack 8 only has 2 at the moment)

Each of these will have a filehost link(s) and a torrent provided.

Installing:
In all cases instalations is the same

• filehost - download the file and extract into a folder of your choice
• torrent - download and open in your bittorrent client

After downloading you may have to merge the packs together. If you just used the filehosts and extracted all into the same folder nothing more should be needed.
For the torrents for most client nothing additional is needed. You may need to move and combine folders to merge them together for some clients and operating systems.

Note also there are some other bugs reported and I will release another fix once sorted.

Once current thing is pregnancies happen 100% of the time and ignore contraceptives. Sorry this was test code I had put in for development and forgot to remove.

Status 2

Getting close to a release for 3.3.04, fixed most of the reported bugs, and added a few new features

• a nurse or midwife slave will report in the mornings if a slave or slave maker is recognised as pregnant. Previously slave Cora gave some of this information via 'Talk To Slaves'. Now both Cora and Maran can give this information, and minor slaves, assistants or slaves can be given this training by their designer.
• an image to note if the slave is pregnant. A 'stat image' behind the slave's stats (like the catgirl, ponygirl image currently shown)
• some assorted small tweaks to pregnancy

As a complete aside, I just saw the video for 'Little Talks' by "Of Monsters and Men" an Icelandic group. It has been out for a year, but it is the first time I saw the video.

Status

Just an update

I have just been running a short beta for the new version 3.3.04. A number of bugs were reported and have all been fixed. I have posted another iteration and assuming nothing significant reported I will release the version within the week, next weekend at the latest.

Also there are the following 3rd party slaves in development that have not had releases yet but are close, either an alpha release seen or they have mentioned a near release.

 Assuming the 3.3.04 release goes reasonably well with no major problems I will next be working on

• finishing the update for Ranma
• assisting coding Holo
• extending and fleshing out Lady Grey more

3.3.04 will have some framework for Puppy Girl training and I will be adding some more for it as time permits, the events are written by Electrius, just pending coding by me. Version 3.3.04 will have have a basic (optional) Gay training for male slaves and I will extend some parts of learning the training as well.

After this, I have discussed things for the mid-term development before, I will devide then what I feel interested and inspired for.

Update for Sophitia

Chris132 released a small update for Sophitia

Just checking in after a LOOONG absence. I'm busy at the moment, so please forgive me. ^^
I've just reuploaded the Sophitia package and also changed the images folder to use the Slaves-Subfolder. I found a small problem while doing a quick test; during the beginning event, choice text is overwritten with another text. Maybe it's fixed with the new release (I still have Slave Maker 3.3.01). I couldn't check it because the file hoster has removed the torrent file for the upgrade to .03.

Anyway, I haven't really touched anything, so there's no new content. I haven't worked on the endings, either. I hope to return to working on Sophitia in a few weeks, I'll fix it then.

Here is a new and big release, with a major update to the Assistants’ effects, plus some new Minor Slaves.

For the Assistants.
Theirs effects had a major update to ‘balance’ them.The Blood Affinity is gone, replaced with a basic % boost. I was a bit sad to let this ‘Affinity’ type of effects go, but it was for the best. (Beside, who always check the SM Wiki for the blood type of every slaves and assistants? Plus 40% max to a bunch of stats for every one of them... That’s too much.)

The new effects are like this
No Renown: 10% boost to 2 stats
30+ Renown: 20% boost to 3 stats
60+ Renown: 30% boost to 4 stats
100 Renown (for Lena and Cure Moonlight): 40% boost to 5 stats

The prices for the assistants also got an overhaul. The ‘clean’ ones (no sex enabled) are now very cheap.

The Special Stat Boost that Cure Aqua, Bob, Miku Hinasaki and some others gives is removed completely, since it was a game breaker. (Seriously, a 40% boost to the Special Stat...)

Now, some assistants might have less then x stats on their effects, but there is a good reason for this. Either they also help with singing, dancing, or they give one or two items, like for Catherine.

Speaking of Catherine, her ‘Nightmares’ events are now removed, because I will never complete this chain of events.

Also, Amu and Lillymon Love Confession events had been edited, so that the Slaver doesn’t talk, like any good silent protagonist. The ‘Songs’ events of Jem, however, are left untouched. The only line of dialog the Slaver got in those is pretty neutral, for me anyway. (I might change it in the future. Who knows?)
