ReplyDeleteWhen planning night activity, if you talk to minor slaves until your time expires, you can't rest or continue or anything, you're essentially stuck and have to reload.
I can report the same problem with 3.3, have not yet tried with update. I will let you know.
DeleteI have a question. There is an event in where my assistant saw that my slave had a second big lactation event and gave her the drug to stop it. How do i respond to it in where when i get future slaves, they could get the cowgirl ending? Should I just hit the farmer out of anger or report the farm to the Lord?
ReplyDeleteTo get the Cowgirl ending, your slave must be milked 6 times or more. Even tough is does not mean a Game Over per se, this ending is considered a bad end for the slave<s owner, so you won’t get Renown.

DeleteWhere dose 1 submit a proposal for a Main Slave, I have about 80% of the pics, a very lose understanding of writing Slave Maker .xml scripts and a written proposal (and spellchecked) I was going to post it here but it did not seem right and now I don't know where to post it! The proposal is for Zangya form the DBZ movie Bojack Unbound, it also involves other characters in the game!

DeleteBut making a slave is a time consuming process so it is difficult to find a person to make one for you. You can make a pack of images and post in one of the forums and possibly someone will deveop for you, it has happened, but it uncommon
I would never assume I could just post 1! On top of that the events of of the story I'm working on (in short) involve a cloning lab, cloning other characters, right now it's Shampoo, Lady Farun and Lady Grey who will be cloned and for sale in the slave market (if it can be scripted) as Minor Slaves (Shampoo is the reason it is the player doing it, Lady Farun and Lady Grey are for hi gold selling price), but I would not perssume I could just use characters others have worked on!

And how difficult it is, is only a small problem, I can't write a game code script, but I can read, understand, copy (OK, copy and paste), and change most scripts I see! Event scripts are a little out of My leage! Right now I'm working on a core vanilla script, at min it will be just for Me, if I can get the OK and help to do what I wont, well will see!
As a starting point I would suggest just making an xml slave, say copy Chun-li or Mihoshi. Chun-li is vanilla, no events, no special trainings. Mihoshi has a number of specials.
DeleteA question about this. In the Images section for Chun-Li, I noticed that some of the tags only have a element in them, while others also have various mixes of , , and . How much of that is simply because Chun-Li doesn't have appropriate images for said elements, and how much of that is because the element is incompatible with the action tag? For example, could I add a , , or count to ?
Delete(Obviously, some common sense applies; there's no point in adding a count to the tag, or a count to the tag, because there would be no situations in the game where such images would be called for. I think.)
cmacleod42, I was already on that, I've done most of the code, right now I'm working the intro text! But I'm having a problem reading "0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0", I know it is based on the stats of the Slave, but I don't know what the order is, is it based on the order of the stats the maker of the .mxl put them or some other pattern?
DeleteMr. Anonymous, I'm not 100% on what your asking, but if your talking about (see underneath) then as far as I understand it, BlowJob is the event and will show the pics based off of what is in between the 2 BlowJob statments, Normal it will show 1 of the 4 Normal if no other facters are met, if the slave is a Dickgirl it will show 1 of the 4 Dickgirl, if it is a Lesbian act it will show the Lesbian pic, if Normal is 0 or not listed it will show a defualt pic!

What's the difference between -3, -1, 0, and leaving out the <Dickgirl> tag entirely?
I looked in Chun-Li's Image folder and saw "Sex Act - Blowjob 1.swf" and no jpg or png pics for Dickgirl, I think "-" (in the code) mean to look in a swf file! I think you can just delete everything but Normal if you don't have the pic and it will not look for the special event, and you will be fine! You just need Normal in there, even if it is just set to 0!

DeleteWhile technically I'm not against knjecting Sci-Fi into the realm of Slave Maker, how will Future Tech like Cloning fit into the time period of Mioya?
As well as that, how will a Slave Trainer even know how to operate it?
(Though I do suppose there are a few ways of going about this, and here's what I'm thinking):
1: Train Bulma first and get the Scientist end, use her as Assistant
2: Cameo of another character who will offer to train you in it's use and maintanance (sort of like Meesh in this regard).
As for your questions:
1: As Zangyaku would be a complete clone, use Zangya's age for her as well, otherwise confusion would reign for poor Zangyaku, and to fit in to the realm of this fantasy game. Plus, the blurb of the game in the readme states that all girls are at least 18.
2: Ask the creators of these characters. I'm not sure about Lady Grey, but I'm pretty sure Cmac is responsible for Shampoo and Farun. So long as you ask first and tell them about the slave you're developing, I don't see any problems.

To the Sci-Fi, in the intro it is stated they are form Hera, Hera is the planet that Bojack and his group is form, it is only stated that it is very very faraway, on to that a few slaves clame to be form "another world", and there for it can be assumed that they fall under that! Also I have Dr. Myuu running the lab when the training starts!
DeleteAge, Gardevoir listed age is 12, now she is not human so that is not a problem (come to think of it nether is Zangya, Riesz, Melisandra, Nina, and a few others, but that's not the point), but the thing is dose cloning fall under the unage lock as long as they have full mind and body of the originals, and the originals were over 18 at the time!
Characters, I thought I read Lady Grey was run by cmacleod, the wiki dose not say! I assume the cmacleod42 that runs this blog and the cmacleod who runs the Slave Maker are 1 and the same, and the 2 questions were aimed at Him! I should have state that, so My bad! I also was going to ask the ones who are/were working on Rikku (Rikku is My favorite character over all, not just in games), Elesa, Cynthia, and Lethe, but I was not going to get around to them until I got the first 3 working!

DeleteIdeally, yes, get permissions. That said, it's unlikely the majority of the existing images are legally authorized.
DeleteSM3 and the third-party slaves/assistants may possibly be legal under fair use (as "parody"), but I doubt it. In any case, it's freeware, and no one would makes enough (or any) money from it to mount a legal defense if a publisher or an author sues. (Conversely, there would be no one to pay money if they sue, so no contingency fee for plaintiff's lawyers... i.e. Very expensive for people who want to sue.)
Either way, enjoy it while it's still around, however long that may be.

CMAC, have you ever considered making a tool or flash or something completely unrelated to SM and accepting donations for that one instead of for SM? That way we could donate you for your good work in general and not get caught up in potentional legal trouble with SM.

DeleteAs long as they don't do it for any sort of gain or recompense, it's usually fine.
Remember, the CLAMP Collective began their own careers as dojin artists.

Shampoo is buggy, though. When I go to the Use Potions screen, the cursor starts flickering and it boots Me back out to the home screen
if I try to click on anything.
And a minor quibble of a question: What was broken about the original look of the Rules buttons, and the layout of the chore/job/sex buttons? I honestly liked the vertical orientation. Why did they need fixing?
And last, but by no means least; Now that 3.3 Actual is here, perhaps you can de-stress and start feeling better. :-)
Well, 'successful' doujin circles actually sell their stuff. (Manga, digital manga/media, and even hentai games.) Japanese publishers and authors/artists generally tolerate this for some reason.
DeleteGenerally, the new layout is appealing and very nicely organized, but they do have problems. The daytime planning's layout tend to make the buttons a bit small unless full screen. The night time's menu annoyingly keeps snapping back to normal sex after every choice.
The rules screen was changed because the control (the push button) was not compatible with Actionscript 3 so as part of changes to eventually migrate to as3 I changed the control

DeleteAfter completing Shampoo's training, I moved on to Akane. There was one thing left undone with Shampoo at the time (i.e., inadequate Conversation score), so I decided to spend some time having some Discussions with Shampoo while my assistant trained Akane. A weird thing happened: as soon as I held my first discussion with Shampoo, her image stuck around: I was getting reports of Akane's work in the Restaurant, the start-of-evening, night-time activities, start-of-next-day, etc., but with the same Shampoo discussion image being displayed for all of it. This did not change until I decided to go for Intimacy with Shampoo, after which the images went back to working the way they're supposed to.

The greyed out slaves are correct, they are unavailable until your slave maker gets a sufficiently high reputation

what happens is that some images are not written images / slaves only have images / slave name only necessary to remove the images folder of the folder and leave slaves in images such as Matsumoto.
Deletein sandbox mode is the gossem BE event still only once per campaign or is it once per slave now because it used to be the initial one would activate but the second one wouldn't occur after the first time but now it doesn't happen all together. is this intentional or a bug?

Hi! Is it just me or is the cumslut option broken? My slut training is 2 and samus has 100 in cumslut but the option to change her name hasn't come up :S

None of her images aside from the main one on the select menu show up.
I Notice that's she's missing a .swf, does that have something to do with it?
Mihoshi is a xml based slave, so she does not have a swf file. Does her images are in 'Images/Slaves/Mihoshi'?

ReplyDeleteI've been waiting for this ever since the Demonic Tail was implemented. I've lost count of how many times I've get the "Half-Demon" special training. This should be something that gets fixed soon, and put to bed.

Basically a lot of the images aren't centered now or don't show up at all. Backgrounds aren't showing up either. I'm pretty far into the game and I don't want to start over from scratch.

Save Games are store based on the folder you install the game into BUT are not installed in the folder.

a) delete all files from install folder
b) redownload the game into that folder (or download elsewhere and move file to that folder)
Ny the way the most likely issue with your upgrade for the fixes is you downloaded the update and are trying to play just with the fixes. Did you install them OVERTOP of the exsting files, NOT into a new subfolder.

Once you get the event about her having escaped that is it you will never see her again.
DeleteThe game allows a number of meetings with Arak to see her and then find the dark elf. If you fail Arak escapes.
If you are using an old save from before 3.3 you may have hit a bit of the left overs.
Otherwise to get Arak you will have to restart the game with a new slave maker. Or if you have a save game from before the escaped event restore to it, and do not return to the slave pens until you meet Lainath

"Work as Public relief" shows up on both page 1 and page 2. (Think one of them don't change stats? I can't test anymore since those stats are maxed.)
Plus, her "Others" daytime action buttons still use vertical instead of horizontal layout, and "Work as Ninja" doesn't seem to do anything as previously reported.
These are probably problems for NarutoXD (and not cmacleod42) to fix, but just in case.

Delete* Work as Ninja: No stat in "Slave Stats 1" changed.
* Was wrong about one of the "Work as Public relief" not giving stat change; both "page 1" and "page 2" buttons worked.
However, Sakura's Jobs:Others buttons are still vertically aligned, and there's a second "Work as Public relief" on "page 2".

Delete1. A Main Slave will NOT get pregnant unless you go into potions and uncheck contraceptives, make shore you did that!
Delete2. Contraceptives is for each slave, not all, so you have to tern it on or off for each!
3. You are not told that a Main Slave has gotten pregnant (at least I've never gotten 1), only thing that will tell you is a talk with Cora and that there getting fatter.
4. Getting a slave pregnant can take a wile, or be the first time, so just keep at it!
There seems to be a bug, when slave maker dominance is 0, the game treats it like 100 (your choice of event in stalls, etc.). Is this a divide by 0 error or intended?

2) Musashi - When she offers a date, there is no way to accept.
3) Musashi - her special stat (hunting) will pop up its text anytime the mouse moves over it, wiping out any other text (e.g. event text) with no way to recover the text.
4) The "slave maker avatar gets changed" bug is still present.
5) If you have lots of different types of potions, the potions window overflows. You may want to make it tabbed by source (shop, dealer, other), or just allow for automatically creating tabs.
6) Science school: If your slave is wearing a tail, and if the Snow "club" events happen, then when your slave adjusts her tail the text overflows.
Wish list items:
1) Please allow the event text to always be recovered by selecting the text tab (generalization of bug 3 above).
2) On group sex events, please consider adding "all females" "all herms" "all males" buttons to allow mass adding. It could skip any slave that would refuse the activity and add only those willing to perform.
3) Either split the restaurant into 2 jobs, or go back to remembering what was selected (chef or waitress).

Was the game intentionally changed so that the Cumslut Ending doesn't happen anymore?
The Winner ending takes precedence over the cumslut ending, but she is still a cumslut and will permit you to train other cumsluts

ReplyDeleteI started setting up a Slave Maker only to go into options. When I returned from the options screen everything was reset.
Not game-breaking in any way, just frustrating if you're setting up your first SM.
Ahhh...this one is an old one! Yes, when you get back from options in that case your slaver measures(build,bust,cock) and your gender skip to starting standard, and sometimes changes your name to "Slaver" too. Anyways, just if you hit new game, be sure to first edit the options as you like, and then build up your slaver (or hero). Dunno if it is a bug...it sounds like a TROLL in my opinion XD

The milk drug thing is not a bug. If you go to the lord, the operation is permanently shut down, if you hit the guy, you presumably warn later slaves about the 'dangers' of the farm.
DeleteAs far as I know, you don't buy things at the farm for most slaves. Areis can purchase milking related things at the lake or in the slums if you take a certain track with her, and is able to get bottles of milk from a series of events at the farm, but that is slave specific. Ponyslave items are purchased at the stable, not the farm, and that is available once you have learned ponyslave training theough the slavemaker's daytime actions. Only available if your slave is a ponyslave though.

The slave Ariel has no images. Not sure if this has been discussed elsewhere, but since I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else there is the possibility it's an issue on my end, although no issues have been detected while seeding.
#2 Her folder is wrongly defined. Move it into /images, instead of images/slaves.

I downloaded Slave Pack 1 and thought I installed it properly but none of the slaves are showing up. I put the files in the Slaves folder like all the others but it doesn't appear in game.

I do not see how the slaves could fail to appear if you have set the correctly.
You should have
a) a folder with the bases game files like SlaveMaker3.exe, SlaveMaker3.swf
b) a set of subfolders like Engine, Sounds, Images
c) the folder Slaves and this should contain the files from Slave Pack 1 like Slave-Kasumi.png, Slave-Kasumi.swf, SlageGirl11.txt
Seems like installation problem or suspicion of messed up installs is the number one support issue.
DeleteAt this point, you might as well give up and make every future release a single, giant torrent by default (and give the options for granular installs and smaller sized updaters after that).
As inelegant (and time consuming to seed) as that may be, you'll make the time back by not having to deal with install issues over and over.
Noticed in 3.3 the lady Grey event for court has a relevant picture, but in 3.3.01 has a sky with clouds picture. looking forward to more Lady Grey content.

DeleteI noticed a bit of an issue with some of the slaves with special statistics. in some cases changing clothes or going to the beach would cause their special statistic to stop increasing/decrease and just show NAN, preventing the events using those statistics from working correctly. I determined that the issue was with the stats on the clothes, in that the items didn't have enough stats on them, most had 17-18 stats out of 20, so added a 2-3 zero's and it corrected the issue preventing the statistic from messing up and becoming unusable.

dunno if you want to get that looked into to fix on some items. i found it out by comparing xml's to those that had no issues like Katara, and that was the main difference between them.

Hi, i would like to ask some help about the slave heather. Even if i increase her constitution to 100, nursing to 100 (test won with 3 correct answers) and the nurse suit, i still cant win the nurse weekly contest. I cant gain more than 211 points and i always take the second place. Is it some sort of bug, or its just me that keep failing?
ReplyDeleteI think it sucks, but you need at least the Slave Tainer at lvl 3 to win the contest. I think I did manage to win once with lvl 2, but with some 'helps' (the Competitive Advantage and Manya/Minea as Assistants).

DeleteAfter fighting the morning tentacle abduction event I didn't get any pictures or text about the results (girls rescued, reward, etc). I was indeed rewarded and the sound of cash was triggered, the problem is just about only the pics and text.

After selecting the Refined skill for a new slavemaker it doesn't appear in the YourStats2 screen. I tried with both Mardukane and Dark Elf backgrounds, making sure Blunt advantage was unselected, but Refined never appeared in the end.

Em, sorry, I just find this bug really frustrating for such a snob SM as I am, but kinda funny.

Meeting Lady Grey at the Onsen. It doesn't always proc on the first visit to the onsen.
Lady Grey seems to reset after each slave, at least in Freelance mode.
I had a go at faerie transformation. It took over 100d before I got to 100p, mostly because getting it started took close to 50d. Three walks per day to the farm 50d in a row to get the 4 needed faerie encounters. I think the chance for those encounters should be slightly higher.
I'm also currently playing a rather impossible female Slave Maker. Measurements are 89-80-85 at 175cm and 85kg.

Deletethere is no bug. There are only so many letters in the alphabet and the game uses the shortcut key for the currently shown page. If you want to rest at night, the select the cores tab and then use the R shortcut key

You should have the ability to order her anything without a question and if she refused it, give a punishment/force command to do it with the expense of loyalty or any other stats. ReplyDeleteIt's worked this way since the first version of this game. Slaves resist commands. In version 1.0 they even ran away if you didn't care about them at all.
DeleteUnless they accept being slaves and submit to your orders you're basically dealing with a normal human, one with their own will and personality. If you succeed with the Master/Mistress command (rather high requirement) you can have them do almost anything, almost. Ponygirl training tends to be higher.
That said, it's VERY VERY easy to increase obedience. Only girls meant for later stages of your career might be hard to get to do what you want. Or how about needing 200 in obedience to do some things?
You are supposed to train your slaves to want/tolerate sex acts without trying escape, not just tie them down and rape them.
DeleteOtherwise, if you just want to force yourself onto your slave for a matter of principle, get a Master/Dominatrix Male/Hermaphrodite SM and you can get her to do BJ no matter how low her Obedience stat is. The slave won't like it though.
But if your are asking cmac to make the game into some straight rape porn game I would like to say: Don't please.
Also keep in mind that this is a game, which means you are supposed to have to spend time and make efforts to reach the goals. Otherwise, you might as well just download dirty pictures and make a slide show instead or just torrent some videos.

Ayane doesn't reject any training during the first stage but if her obedience isn't high enough Joy and Obedience drop, more or less as you suggested (perhaps should also drop Love?). But once her training enters the second stage she will refuse if her Obedience is not enough for an action... and boy, she is stubborn. And that's the point! You are not raping chained women, you are training women to be slaves. At first, no matter how you look at it the SM rapes Ayane every time her Obedience score isn't high enough, and when the training goes to second stage it's made very clear that no longer will Ayane be forced to obey, you will need to make her comply... that is, you need to learn how to train a slave. It's not all about just some manacles and a whip.

It shouldn't be an "either or" question, but an additional path in training slaves - right now, it's pretty much always the same, with raising obedience as more or less the core stat. Could be interesting to go down a different route once in a while; of course with appropriate consequences - maybe you could get fined or jailed, the slave could get sick/injured or run away, your assistant could refuse to work with you or whatever ...

I find very little interest in writing events of force, rape or similar. Once reason the rape event in the Slums is rather simple.
Also note you can force your owned minor slaves to do an act and I was rather undecided about adding that option. I also got some complaints about it and considered removing the option.
It's true that there's no way to actually force the slave to do as ordered no matter her obedience, but if that is to be implemented it should be harshly penalized, mainly Joy and Love should be guaranteed to drop to zero with a few such actions, perhaps raising Temperament, triggering "slave run away" events wich make you lose days (or any other of the consequences mentioned above).

DeleteI thought she had a special job she could access once she learned 3 potion recipes, which I did and even got the cutscene for it. But the job option was not in the Jobs menu. Her Alchemy never advanced either.
