Note: this is a fix of the version posted yesterday. It fixes a misplaced folder issue, also removes the slave Agrias by request. Her base character is used for Kaewe in the Tentacle Raid event.

Recent Changes
I have been revising some of the shops to allow unrestricted contents. The first I have done is the armoury to allow more weapons and armour. I have developed the code using generic classes, to make other shops easier to convert and to allow for conversion to AS3 eventually.

IMPORTANT: I changed a lot of pics around, got rid of a bunch of look alikes, and some other edits. Please delete the old Nina image folder prior to unpacking this.

Assuming I did it right, here's an updated Nina. Three all new events and the other two events with Rinpuu have been edited to suck less. There are now a total of 3 events with Rinpuu and one each with Deis and Momo. I wanted to do more before new release, but apparently I screwed up my neck which in turn is making my hand slightly numb.

Now that I'm starting to give a bit more of a story, I'm getting more interested in feedback. As always, if something doesn't make sense or fires weirdly, let me know.

Assistants

I am doing some changes to assistants, one requested feature for them (and slaves) is an indicator if they are 'vanilla'

I have added an icon for the selection screen.

I have also been doing some extensive changes to weapons and armour. I was going to post some example xml but I cannot quite figure out how to make this editor for blog posting post xml correctly

More Assistants by me and the last ones I’ll made in a long time. Not because it isn’t fun but its time consuming and I’m starting to run out of ideas for characters, effects etc. I could take requests, tough.

The dancer Ninian, from Fire Emblem. (Nothing to comment here.)
The Vocaloid Megurine Luka (Same here, except the fact that she have so many cool artworks out there, that I was difficult for me to make a choice of pics.)
Marta Lualdi, from Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World. (I was out of ideas for her description and effects, so I toss something basic. I hope it isn’t too bad.)
The Digimon Angewomon. (At first, I thought it was a weird idea. A digimon in Slave Maker… but then again, we have a Pokemon.)
And the over-powered Otome Lena Slayers, from My-Otome S.ifr (Her effects have been made in mind to represent the over-powerness she exhibit in the OAVs. Oh, and I was unable to find some good tentacle pic for her, so No Tentacles.)
Plus a tiny fix (proper height/weight) for Colette.
Additionally there are image fixes for other assistants.

Updated Minors Slaves by Campeon Kid

Recently I posted a set of minor Slaves by Campeon Kid. I have done a few edits for the images, particularly those shown when browsing for the slaves. I cleaned up the images, tweaked brightness levels and minimised edging artifacts.

For Carerra I replaced her image with the above as the previous one showed an anachronism (an electric vibrator). I also altered the Julietto image to remove the nurse, ie to make it her only.

Otherwise I pruned unused images and fixed a few naming issues. I added a pregnant image for Carerra. I also detexted a few images here and there, but many remain to be done.

Significantly I have removed two of the slaves, they were children and I do not post or release such content. My apologies they were released by accident, I did not review the release in enough detail and Campeon Kid was unaware of this restriction. A couple of others were edited to increase their ages, they were more believably young adults.

General Notes
I have been having some development issues with using the swf version of the game is a browser. It seems some security changes in browsers/operating systems is preventing some essential features of the game working. I so far have not worked out a solution for this, aside from asking the player to change a Flash global setting.

Otherwise you will se I used uploadmirrors this time. MultiUpload was refusing to upload and still uses MegaUpload. This implies the site may be ceasing to function. So far the old links still work, I'll monitor the situation.

It's impossible to create some suspense if you are able to postpone every task indefinitely.

- I suggest to not choose some specific people as Assistant. I mean : Hild, Arcueid, Aeka and every pure .xml girl.
They override a code function and occupy the square box when unnecessary.
The first page of the scenario is good for monitoring : if you see a mysterious woman with a question mark, the Assistant chosen is 'right'; if not, the Assistant is 'wrong'.

Installation
The installation of these vary a fair bit. In general
a) extract the file to a new folder.

b) copy the files like

c) there will be a file

some are numbered, like SlaveGirl59.txt
In all cases EXCEPT Heather, check your folder Slaves and locate the last file SlaveGirlxx.txt, say SlaveGirl58.txt
Rename the file in the archive to the next sequential file, eg SlaveGirl59.txt in this example.
For Heather copy the file into the folder Slaves

d) There will be a folder, copy it to the folder
Images
in your game installation

e) For Heather, copy the subfolder to the folder
Sounds
in your game installtion. See the enclosed readme for details.

Hi, a happy new year to you all.

I am back from my holidays, but sorry I have not been
able to review posts here or in the forums. I have had a minor illness since returning from holidays and been unable to do very much.

I have also been struggling a little, I got a new(ish) PC running Windows 7 and it's been a little but of a pain to get things working and get used to the UI changes.

I have had a darned weird issues in the game since upgrading OS/PC

loading external modules (the swf files in the Engine folder) were failing. It seems related to a recent issue I partially addressed where Flash can only load a certain number of files simultaneously. I think the default numbers changed with the new browers (Firefox 9 and IE 9). I have fixed that issue.
I completely restructured the code for walk events while on holidays, to fix the issues with events like the Tentacle Raid. It was a major overhaul but now better supports future AS3 conversions and is better structured with less duplicate code. BUT I got weird compile errors on my new PC that just made little sense. As if some files were not copied to the new system and not others. I checked and they all were fine. I edited some (a trivial comment type change) and then they compiled just fine! I have no idea at this time what happened here, so I be more careful in future.

Otherwise I did not have a lot of free time over the holidays, so I did not get much done, and during the last few days none at all due to a minor illness.

Still, I'll review the large number of comments in the last post and post a new post here when reviewed. Similarly I'll answer the posts in the forums.

PS: I know I had some good Ranma and Belldandy images for New Year (and some of the other girls in the game) but I could not find them. So I posted this cute girl found on Gelbooru

small text issues for Ranma and Urd
a sexuality bar issue for male slaves
text being lost after visiting options
some homosexual images shown for some default images, for non-gay acts
A small change to the way contests calculate scores as per a developer request

Some people have had issues with events being blank in some areas, or getting the same event repeated over and over. In some cases these might be an interaction with the Tentacle Raid event and an un yet resolved bug in the game. If you have seen these issues,

a) copy
Events/Events.txt
to a backup folder
b) replace it with this file

Slave Maker 3.2.06 Release

Finally 3.2.06 is ready for release. This version has many fixes and changes over the last 3.2.04 release and the unstable 3.2.05 release.

There are many fixes for male slaves to improve text, sexuality, images and similar. Male specific sex acts are now present and multiple events have been customised for male cases.

Other than the above 3.2.06 is essentially a bug fix release.

Recently I played and really enjoyed the game 'Pretty Warrior May Cry' a quite good H battle/rpg, somewhat related to Dragon Quest. You are the Demon Lord and warriors attack your lair. 3.2.06 Delay and some slave upgrades

Delay/Beta
Last night I think I found the cause of a number of peoples issues for version 3.2.04+
I was loading multiple files (xml notably) simultaneously, and Flash can be limitied by your browser connection limit. As in how many files can be downloaded/uploaded at once. This can be as few as 2 or currently 6 on my system. If you exceed these limits Flash will produce an error loading the files, and this can break certain events and text.

I have re-arranged some of the loading code to cater for this better. I have also fixed a few other bugs, a shortcut issue and some Talk To Slaves issues (images not appearing and a NaN time)

Due to the significant xml issue I did not release today as I planned, spending more time testing and fixing some other issues.

I'll do another quick fix and if no-one sees any issues with this I'll release tomorrow, will a full install, including all new and upgraded slaves

Slave Maker 3.2.05 Release

This is the new release, the final version of version 3.2.05, anything new will be done to the next version. This is primarily a bug fix release trying to address significant issues in the 3.2.04 release. There are limited new features in this release.

Lastly an assistant you swap to does not give any start of training bonuses, just their on-going bonus effects

I was seeing many people using .jpeg extension files for xml based slaves. I had added this to the list of extensions the game tries to use (last extension tried, so preferably rename to .jpg)
xml images can interchangeably use Futanari and Dickgirl (ie Sex Act - Fuck (As Futanari 1).jpeg)
catboy can be used instead of catgirl for xml image names, eg Job - Bar (Catboy 1).jpg
more variables can be used for minor slaves in xml, notably sex act levels, eg like levelfuck-maran for Maran's fuck skill level. Note in expressions use levelfuck_maran, due to a limitation of my expression parser.
added additional variables for xml use minlust, minnymphomania, slavename, slavepronoun, donetentacleharem, dating, oldlover, noblelove, noblelover

Note sex acts and some other trainings still need quite a lot of work for male slaves and twins. This version should me much better then previous versions for both, and especially male, but be aware the actions for Masturbation, Dildo, Touch will still be essentially female for any males slaves, and singular for twins.
Most other acts should be close to working, but still some plurality issues for twins.

Her images were recompressed to fit within the limitations of FashDevelop. She is based on SlaveBuilder and unfortunately the FlashDevelop tool has a limitiation of about 16Mb of total resources, images in this case. I do not see any visible effect of this recompression and it was essential to add the missing images.

No other changes, she is still a vanilla slave.

Shampoo

Here is an update for Shampoo, it includes many new images and alters image sleection to better pick some images..

Majorly it includes CM Tyssen's BE, and piercings edits for the Naked images. Depending on piercing level you will see different piercings. There are now multiple BE versions of the images.

So multiple image changes but no other real change. While doing this I had a few ideas for additional plots for her training. But I have plenty to do for now with other slaves and parts of the game.

Please note the images come from many sources, and are somewhat inconsistent. We welcome anyone who would like to help edit the images to make them more internally consistent, say recolouring hair to be either purple or green, and other edits.

New way to get the 4-star DragonBall. Goku can be met at the lake even without Chichi regardless of Gender of the SlaveMaker ( Though, in the future, you'll be able to "befriend" him if you are a female SlaveMaker. For occasional free bodyguarding and gifts). If you choose to offer him food, you'll get your 4 star DB.

Raising exhibitionism and doing the Expose HErself chore, will get you the masturbate in Public Chore. And Masturbate in Public can eventually become sex in public. There will be a third stage to this training, but I haven't decided what it'll be yet.

Oolong's appearance will change from human/anthro depending on furry options. Working in the Sleazy Bar can trigger his invitation to his "Bunny School" (text will appear ocassionally to show it has been triggered), but he'll show up as a pre-event in the early morning to make the invitation. You can accept or decline. He'll get mad if you decline.

Oolong's Bunny School is more or less a normal school with 5 stages of training (training that gets more effective at each stage), but it'll probably go through major overhauls in the future. I just haven't decided how bunnygirls will work exactly. Some images, like Anal, that were apparently messed up have been fixed.

uploading the full version 3.2.03 now (ie the non beta version). It has some fixes over the last patch and some slave updates and the new slave Hinata from Naruto

The update should take 4 more hours, so it maybe tomorrow before I can post the release.

On the question of a slaves only release, please note the non-slaves part of the game is about 200Mb, the slave part is 1.4Gb so it seems a bit pointless to split on those lines.

Please note there are some known issues in the release, bugs I have not found yet and other sall issues. ~~One notable is there are some issues training Minako and an update for her will follow.~~

Slave Maker 3.2.03 Beta

Hi, here is the final beta for the 3.2.03 release of the game. I will run this beta test for the next week and then do a full release once any issues raised are fixed.

New features

Lady Farun rescue and meeting have been re-written, with more text and options. The 'rescue' event has additional options if your slave maker is present at the time. The rescue will only happen once
There is the start of an event during the Lady Farun meetings, but it is only the first part. It is no complete yet
Sareth/Evil Mine event has been fixed and updated along with the Lady Farun meetings. A 'new' reward can be received from the quest now. Importantly the event will only happen once
the minor slave Deala is removed from general sale but is available in another way
All minor slaves and assistants can now declare their love for you, and count toward you limit of lovers given by the Leadership skill
All minor slaves and assistants can become cumsluts, but it will take quite a long time
All minor slaves and assistants can become impregnated, but by default only one will actually become pregnant, but this is a trivial xml edit to enable for other slaves
All minor slaves and assistants can be affected by the 'Unnatural Cum' advantage. Again will take quite a long time to occur

Kasumi's Cumslut training can now be learned by Slave Makers who have the skill 'Slut Trainer'. Initially you will need to train Kasumi and then use her for a few slaves, but after a few you will learn the skill 'Slut Trainer 2' and can do it yourself
Once Naru decides to become a nudist and gains the 'Naked' dress you will be able to convince other slaves to do it as well. It is easier for slave makers with the skill 'Slut Trainer' and otherwise relies on your slaves level in the Naked act
New event in the Forest
Tiredness and illness affect all slaves and your slavemaker. On a day a slave becomes ill they cannot be used for training. This means for your main slave they cannot do any trainings at all. Your slaves maker will be unable to do any personal trainings. Minor slaves or assistants will be unable to participate in acts.
Simple method added to change from one house to another. Currently a flat fee of 10000GP to change. This will change in future

Preserve save games
To ensure you can use save games from the previous versions, just make sure you install the game into the exact same folder. Do not rename the folder, or install into a sub-folder.

Backup save games
As this is a beta version I recommend backing up any important save games before installing this beta

Known Issues
There are a couple if issues I have not been able to fix yet

the first time you go to the Talk to your Slaves screen it can be blank, with not slaves listed. This only seems to happen if you are not playing the game full screen. I have not got a fix for this, but if you exit and re-enter the screen it works fine
The game does not upgrade Kasumi quite correctly to teach Cumslut training. Will work fine in a new game just not with existing save games. Will be fixed in the full release.
Some odd text issues with some Lady Farun meetings, with text layout and structure. Only in an unusual case and is reasonably clear, just awkward.

General Status
A general note, I am still working on the core game, but a little slowly recently due to personal problems with my family. Difficult for me to cope with so far, but I'll manage eventually.

Otherwise I am doing some significant changes to Lady Farun and her events, basically expanding on her events. Her rape event in the docks is much expanded and your Slave Maker can get involved now. I have done quite a few changes to XML processing to try and optimise it and make things more generic. I am writing the updated SDK and as I do revising some functions to better consistency.

I was wondering, is there a simple way to just edit in a love confession for characters like assitants and Lady N? I'm doing Akane's story and I thought, if I copy pasted her love confession code and whatever the code is that transfers slaves to each slave story, I could get her to stay/ a cofenssion. I just don't know what code is what.I get Lady N to a large red heart, max joy, but no confession. If the heart exists, is there a way to copy paste code?

Also, I asked a long time ago, will we be able to save, perhaps keep some of the slaves in the story such as the girl whose tortured over her breasts and who you promise to save in the Slave Pen's? Or perhaps be able to save the mother whose daughter got sold into slavery, selling herself?

And finally, is there any plans to make a large degree of NPC's able to have relationships with you, even marriage or 'joining the part?'

My main question, I guess, is how can I add a love statistic, a confession event and keep the character in my group of slaves even when training a new one? I can use XML, I'm not sure of which code to use.

These are possible but are not currently possible using the XML system, or even the custom event system in the game. A lot of the interaction here I do not expose for developers at the time. I certainly could but it just has not been a request.

I do want to add more NPC interaction and possible love affairs (Lady Farun, Ambassador Tachiba both definitely)
Still this is planned and on the list of things to do. If you or others want to write the interaction and supply to me it would considerably help the development process, but you cannot modify the game to add it yourself at this time.

User Customisation or modding of the game
I will post some more details on what is possible now in a few days and more when I finally release an updated SDK

General Status Update

Hi,

I am working on another bug fix for the game 3.2.02 to address various bugs.
It will also add features for slave developers, especially the XML case
A new slave was just released. Rogue from X-Men Evolution, but there are some issues with the initial release so I am not posting her here yet, give it a few days.

Otherwise, on a personal note, I hate having a cold, for the last week I have been rather under the weather. Mostly recovered now.

Translations
The game supports translating and we have sizable translations for French and Russian so far and more limited ones for German, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish. Other languages can be done too.

At this time most of the user interface is translatable as are all the new events and most standard text. Most sex acts and walk events are not yet but will be. Some slaves text like introductions can now be translated.

If anyone is interested to contribute, there are 3 parts of the game that can be translated

Simplest
In the Slaves folder there are files like
SlaveGirl1.txt
These contain the slaves name and text that appears on the slave market screen where you pick a slave to train.
You will also see versions like
SlaveGirl1-French.txt
This is the french translated version.

Maybe half of these are done for 4 languages, but many are only in English.

If you like, copy the base file to one for your language
SlaveGirl1-German.txt
and translate the bit

ie change Shampoo to the version for your language and

girldesc=A girl you met on the way to the capital. She is obsessed with you and has sold herself to be your assistant.

again translate. DO NOT change the girlname tag or girldesc tag, or any other part of the file.

Slave Maker version 3.2

This is the new version for the game, it adds a lot of new features over the previous 3.1.10c version and there are a number of new slaves (mostly work in progress/alpha versions)

The major new feature is the ability to customise your Slave Maker, using a points system to buy race, background, advantages and statistics

One other significant change is the addition of Freelancer Slave Makers. These buy a slave personally, train them and then sell to a buyer. A different training mode but similar.

Before anyone asks, there are still a lot of story and events not yet in the game for a number of the backgrounds and advantages, but all basic game mechanics are in place. More will be added in later releases.

The last major feature for the release is XML based slaves. There are 3 such slaves (all new for this release)

Mihoshi from Tenchi Muyo
Mai Shiranui (adapted from the last release)
Princess Daisy (developed by Gadansk)

There is no Flash based coding for these slaves, just editing images and creating an xml file. The are fairly vanilla but Mihoshi has some special events.

There is also a related XML based event system to allow quick and easy addition of new events into the game. There are many new events added with the system (including some new from the alpha releases)

This is a FULL install of the game, at this time I will not be providing an upgrade from the previous 3.1.10c or the alpha releases. This way I ensure everyone is running a correctly installed version of the game with everything in the correct place.

If this install is too much I could provide an upgrade, BUT I will not support such installations and would not answer any bug reports for them. I would prefer not to do this, which is why I would prefer to only go with the full install.

Installation
This version is compatible with save games from previous versions of the game. Download the links and to install

Upgrading
a) delete the content on your current game installation
b) extract the first part ONLY of the above links into the same folder. DO NOT extract into a sub folder of the game folder. Make sure the folder contains files like
SlaveMaker3.exe

and folders like Slaves, Assistants etc
c) this will preserve your existing save games. To preserve you must keep the folder exactly the same

1) there have been problems is development of this version with upgrading save games. If you have a save you have spent a lot of time an effort in creating I suggest
a) before upgrading , load it and save to a new slot. Do not load/save it with the new version
b) use the original save with the new version but if there are problems you still have the original backed up, and can use it once any issues are fixed

2) An update for the SDK, detailing the new XML system and other features will follow soon.

3) From the alpha version there have also been changes to the events system. In the alpha the game tried to show all events once randomly then all events randomly. This caused some issues for people 'save scumming' and other confusions so I have removed this change

This does some notable changes
a) restores (sort of) Shift+L Shift+S shortcuts to load/save slot 1
b) alters end game for freelancers, to

allow you to keep your slave if you have not sold them
sell at auction if you have not already sold them, a significant price reduction though
text updated to remove any guild references
if you had found a buyer then works similar to a guildmember

c) for both the slave market is altered a bit.

both types of Slave Maker can walk there or visit as a slave maker action. No difference, unless you personally supervise your slave when walking.
when personally supervising a walk you can exhibit your slave to attract buyers. Mainly this is for freelancers but guildmembers can do it too. Beware exhibiting a poorly trained slave can hurt your reputation and your slaves confidence in you.
You can attend an auction to buy a slave (replaces the Purchase Slave button)
see exhibits is still not implemented

d) Freelancers can now end training any time they want. There is no artificaial thing that they need a buyer. This means you can start a slave, finish immediately and keep the slave, thus getting all slaves quickly. This is odd but seems reasonable. You will make a big loss on slaves this way, but I could not think of a reason to prevent it.
e) End Training button in morning/evening screen, same a Complete in System menu

Otherwise assorted bug fixes, including the issue for Eri, book reading, Lust issues, minor slave purchasing etc.

Note: the criteria for skill points is changed for Freelancers, it is now based on the quality of your slave and time trained.

New Slave - Princess Daisy

gdansk has just released a vanilla slave using the xml system used by Mai and Mihoshi. To quote his post

I have finally gotten the hang of this XML format ( I hope ), and have mostly finished my first slave, Princess Daisy. This is a purely vanilla slave at the moment, as I have yet to think of any cool way to customize her. Any suggestions would be welcome.

There are three very important notes:

1. I am missing several images still, listed further below.

2. I suck at Photoshop. I really suck at Photoshop. So the images included in this slave are uncropped, not cleaned up, and contain text. Since I used the xml system, these images are easily accessible for anyone who wishes to help me with this Any such help would be very very appreciated.

3. There are images in here that do not work. Specifically, I have a few files named for (As Catgirl) that I know do not work. They are there for if that is something that changes with a future version. I do know that they do not break the slave.

Bulma update

Ok, everyone. Here is the update.
Story suffered quite an overhaul to introduce a villain. Intro is now five pages long to explain it.
Now Bulma starts with extremely high intelligence and temperament (depending on your level, they are at 75% of the maximum).
During the ending and owner tests, these stats will be rated inversely as such (unless you gather all DragonBalls and use them to get rid of Bulma's owner).
Her starting costume will now be the bunny costume (no need to buy it anymore).
The Radar event that unlocks the ruins is now triggered by reading, not waking up.
Sometimes when reading Bulma will find a "Beauty formula" (infact a potion with sort of a bimbofying-effect ) that'll make her breasts grow 10%, but she'll end up losing intelligence if she does and forgetting the formula (until she reads it again). If her intelligence drops to 0, she won't be able to read anymore.
You only turn on the Bath event by turning on the Talk Rule.
I actually half implemented a new job (Arena Cheerleader), in which she cheered for one of two fighters in an arena every night. But it is not available for now, because I would have had to search for a lot of pictures and it'd have probably taken me too much time.
The endings should be fully working now. If she is not obedient, you won't get to choose her wishes. And her wishes will be as follows:
1) if she has low intelligence and low temperament, she'll wish for her master's love (this won't change the way intelligence and temperament are inversely rated)
2) if she is still smart and she has high morality and temperament she'll wish for freedom (this makes her training be rated as normal slave's)
3) if she is still smart and she has low morality and high temperament she'll have her master become her slave (this makes her training be rated as normal slave's)

Your wishes are still pretty much the same they were the past version, except one which has been replaced for insisting on letting Bulma choose anyway.

I have fixed most bugs reported. A few are diffucult to reproduce, so lets see if they happen again after this fix. This fixes

multiple event issues, primarily the loop/same event repeating issue, but includes faerie events only getting the first rescue
general slow down issues, especially in the Salon
compatibility fixes for older save games
some general improvements to reduce memory usage
some tweaks to slave maker creation. I decided to remove Lesbian Training 2 and fixes for some disabling
fix some text problems
Mihoshi's job did not work
some text overlay issues especially with the slave selection screens. Also some tab issues
planning time issues around chat/intimacy with owned slaves
Tea Ceremony for Ranma
all minor slaves were female (a simple typo in Slaves.xml). The game should auto-correct this for existing saves

Some other fixes and tweaks are included.

Note this fix includes all the changes in the previous fix.

Fix for Slave Maker 3 alpha 6

Here is a fix (75Mb) for most of the bugs reported so far. Not all yet, but most of the worst ones, like the Astrid home issue, events not working properly, some participant selection, Aeris hanging. Almost all other issues are fixed.

The slow performance issue is not resolved but some code changes to maybe help. Some other issues probably fixed but not quite reproduced.

- books - you can buy as many Science and Poetry books as you like, not only 1 of each
- some new events are time specific now. I do not see how to do spoliers here. See the forums for hints

Slave Maker Alpha 6 Bugs

I see there are a number of issues in the revised event system and other areas. They are mostly fixed, but a lot of what is being reported here and in the forums are variations or different ways the bugs appear.

Interesting how many issues can appear from a small number of typos.

One issue I am not finding yet is an issue with Gang-Bang and Orgy being allowed when you do not have the correct minor slaves, or where the minor slaves genders are wrong. If anyone has seen these issues or similar, can you please post a save game for me to check.

Otherwise most issues are fixed and I'll post an update/new version when ready

New events, at least one per area (except the Beach. Multiple in some areas, some day of the month and time of day dependent.
A significant Breast Expansion event written by hasori, stages 1-4 , more will folow.
You can review your purchased and bought back slaves.
You can select them for sex acts or let the game decide. Slave in acts will increase their stats, but slower than the primary slave. So will your slave maker.
All slaves (including bought back and minor) can drink potions and shop in the salon (more shops to follow)
More Slave Maker stats, all changable, effects limited at this time.

A major change, adding an XML based event system, where events can be added to the game just by editing an xml text file. See Language/English/Events.xml for examples or Slaves/Slave-Mihoshi.xml. Documentation will follow.
Books are now permanently bought, and a lot more expensive. Also some new books.
New basic slave - Mihoshi from Tenchi Muyo. note due to image availability she is mostly TV series version as Kiyone is present, but not wholly. Note she is deveoped using the XML system and requires NO PROGRAMMING at all.

preminent role. You'll be allowed to visit her in the future, after some certain event.
The choice 'lend her' will have no sexual consequences though.

Devlopment was a bir slower this weekend that I hoped, mainly health issues. I hoped to do another alpha release but it is not quite ready. Mostly ready but more testing needed before I will be happy to release even the alpha version.

Partially to answer a question/request about using bought back/.\minor slaves here is what I justfinished. Note this was deceptively hard to do. There are still minor issues remaining (some scrollbars are wrong sized, not sure why) and assistants have minor issues)

Selecting who participates in an act

You can pick the person, or ask for a random one. This is

optional, you can just use the default where it will pick comeone randomly
you can pick and then set as the default. Later acts of the same type will noy prompt but you can change
unrestricted in gender

All bought back and minor slaves can be reviewed

If they participate in an act they get a fraction of the effect of your slave (they are not the focus of training)

This also applies to minor slaves

Hi,
I am still working on developing the game, I have just been working a little slowly recently. I am working on

some refactoring and lowlevel changes, making some parts of the event system much more flexible and better support the xml event system I have been adding
to allow for review and inprovement of your owned slaves. A review sceen and the ability to select sex act participants
adding some events into the game

Otherwise things are progressing. I have hoped to release another alpha at least for the last couple of weeks but some of the above changes have limited this. Probably next weekend.

Also please excuse if I have not personally answered peoples comments here and suggestions in the forums. I read everything but I have been both busy and had some minor issues at home (health issues recently). For a bit of a change, I have been working a bit on updating Aeris to fix some issues

I have added quite a few new images, filling in some more futa cases and some missing images like Naked Apron case.

There were no images like this what so ever, I created this one through head pasting.

Also adding naked piercing images made by CMTyssen.

I am finding quite a few issues
- the Lust Nymph story always happened first morning due to some debug code. It was intended to have a chance once fairy items and encounters had happened.
- I had no addiction drafts but drunk one and got a bad ending. The Use Potion option needs a little work, to hide unavailable options for instance or invalidate the act if no potions available
- some text needed more generic cases (sleazy bar service was for male guests only)
- some Akane left over code. For instance should Aeris be a bad cook?
- some more image edits and tweaks

Trying to also combine the internal breast/cock size code and the standard engine bits

If anyone is inclined, these two images need decensoring, I would appreciate if anyone can fix them. If you like just upload the fixes to a filesharing site like Rapidshare or Mediafire, or post in one of the forums

From my last post, I have developed a detailed event parsing system. This will allow events to be fully put into an XML file, making it easier to translated and easier to develop for non-programmers.

I cannot quite figure out how to post xml example code here, so for some examples see the forums, I have posted there examples.

Hi, just an update on the game and me.

I have had a bit if a migrane this weekend and some other issues slowing work recently. Still I have been doing

Mai - fixed and optimised. I have also completely revised her external file system. Previously it was Slave-Mai.var, and was basically http encoded. I have changed this to an xml file, also to support translation like the existing English.xml file. This implements a full translation system to allow slave girls to be translated, so we can create files like
Slave-Akane-French.xml

Also this system allows a developer to replace standard text for a slave or assistant with just an xml. When I get the translation system more complete, this will greatly simplify developing a slave.

Part of this I wrote a recursive process to merge xml nodes together, simplifying some current code and lessening memory usage a bit. Unfortunately no native methods did this easily.

Sex Partners - I am implementing a system where you can choose the standard partners used for sex acts. Currently the game just picks random slaves, unless you or your assistant are the partner. This will allow development of minor or bought back slaves. It also fixes some issues with the reluctance/stat issues for doing acts they are not quite ready for

Otherwise some small graphic tweaks.

Off Topic - Hentai Game "Sex Ed"
This is a game I played a long time ago and lost. It is an enjoyable game where you play a female teacher, a self confessed nymphomaniac. The game is her trying to balance teaching students and seducing them and the other staff members.

An enjoyable game but really only a few plays you get as once you work out what action does what you can work out the ideal strategy to win the game. If not on your first play you should be able to do it on your second.

Still I rather like it. The developer once talked about developing a version 2 but they had a major set back when the project file became corrupt and they appear to have abandoned the game (no posts for over a year)

I did toy with the idea of redeveloping this game, but the way the code and timeline is structured is a bit of a mess, it was the developers first flash game. To redevelop I would basically have to completely re-write it. Still a possiblility but remote.

Previously you were resticted from doing sex acts based on lesbian training and other things. A female slave maker could not strap-on fuck a female slave, a male slave maker could not give a dickgirl slave a blowjob etc

These restrictions are completely removed, but your slave will feel uncomfortable or downright unhappy doing overtly lesbian acts, or heterosexual act, depending on their sexuality. There will be penalties to obedience, joy, love depending on < 25 < 50 < 75 ranges and varying depending if they are lesbian or straight. BUT you can always do the acts.

At the moment a lot of the text is fairly simple for the new variants, and many girls will lack specific images. This will be eventually revised

Still many of the new advantages have little effect.

Freelancer has had some changes, training will not end until a buyer is found. This is still a daily event but is planned to be an encounter in the Slave Market, a new/returned walk loation. Note most of the options there are being worked on and will just show images.

This allows her to be copied and used as a template to create a simple slave. As I write this I realise there are issues with the current implementation, I intended this for a completely generic, requiring no coding at all just copying files, but it will not quite work. You can easily duplicate and make your own

Copy the source code, rename the class Mai to your new slave name (also rename Mai.as to the same name). Remember to make sure the new .as file is set to always compile and the old is not (right click in the library). You may need to edit the classpath to point to the SDK folder "Examples/Common Scripts" (Project/Properties) Build the project with FlashDevelop, that is all the coding needed
copy SlaveGirl30.txt and a new number, also create a Slave-xxxxx.png (save Slave-Ifurita.png) same name as above. Edit the txt file to change gamefile to the new name. Also Folder to a new folder for the ne wslave

Revised Slave Maker Design

I am almost finished a revised system to create your Slave Maker. The previous system used a preset group of backgrounds.

The new system uses that still as one option and also an Advanced system

Here you choose gender, religion, set options and pick measurements. I may just make the measurements picked by the game and not editable.

The is the existing system of backgrounds, now called packages. Note I have freed up some to be gender neutral like Trader, Warrior, Leader. Some now apply to both Male and Dickgirl, while others are limited to particular genders still. No new ones.

If you choose the advanced option instead you will get 100 customisation points to choose from a list of things for your Slave Maker

Initial Statistics
Starting Skills
Items to start the game with, or to start all slaves with
advantages, say Brothel Madam, Dominatrix, Pagan Preacher, similar to previous backgrounds, others completely new

If the bad end has confirmed anything, it's that I'm a huge tease. By all means, feel free to offer feedback and let me know of any bugs or typos you run across. (I'd be surprised if I didn't miss some typos with the sheer number of revisions the events have been through.)

I've got some mixed feelings about the bad end and the.. 'victory scene'. The latter isn't really my fetish forte, but hopefully I've managed to make it.. enjoyable. With the bad end, well, did I mention it's long? As a bad end, I wanted it to.. "conclude" the main character's role as a slave maker. However, I suspect I may have dragged it on a bit longer than I should have. If that proves to be the consensus, I'll probably try to butcher it down in a later version.

New Game
I am working on a new game as well now. I had a good idea that I think would make an interesting game. In the theme of a girl being manipulated by machines, trained and modified for some nefarious desire. Think of all the images of girls bound with machines tormenting them. The game 'Milk Plant Battle Girl' for Tifa is a good example. Well it is not really a game, but an interactive video.

Slave Maker will be still my primary development work (well hobby/fun) but I will be working on this too.

So far I am developing a framework and locating/editing images. It is in the very early stages, and I may abandon it if it proves to complex.

Bonus/Fun Change
Quite a while ago I partially translated the game 'D.Q. Fight' by Crimson Comics (the original one), an old favourite of mine. All game play was translated and I did a couple of small tweaks for full/wide screen and other minor issues.

I looked at it over the holidays and found a few small issues and have fixed them. Here is an update

Can anyone recommend a good, cheap Japanese translator. Remaining is about a maybe 250 sentences of the H scenes (6 girls, 4 types of scenes, about 10 sentences per scene). No editing needed, just purely translate Japanese text to English. Before anyone suggests things like Babelfish are no where good enough, nor are my limited skills with Japanese.

Naru, Reisz, Orihime, Menace, Peach and Aeris
do not get the Fairy/Demon wings and catgirl ears/tail (well Orihime does for her custom quest, just not in general). An update will follow updating them.

Tifa's sleazy bar event will also be upgraded more. Also the Wing Quest will get more details.

More dress improvements will be added to add larger breast variants, aiming for a 0%, 10%, 25% variants at least for all dress and naked images. Maybe a 50% but a more difficult edit. Also adding dickgirl variants where reasonable.

This is a file of images for many of the current girls. They need some improving
- they have simple decensoring (smearing for instance)
- a few are just simple colourisations

I put a lesser version of this in the forums over a week ago but no replies. So I am asking in general for anyone's editing assistance to improve an image or two, whatever you prefer. If you do please try to keep artifacts a minimum, I suggest keeping as a lossless format like png as most of these are or 100% jpg. Another step for demon girls

We have demon tails, now for the wings, 3 varieties for coordination.

Brightness/Contract a bit out for these wings, have since adjusted and tweaked. It was difficult to find good sets of wings that could be extracted and used for these images.

Also some engine level tweaks
- removed people from the core swf/exe to a separate swf. cuts about 20Mb from the game download and speeds startup a little, but costs a little extra memory. Some slaves need small changes for this, but trivial changes
- add option for no testicles for dickgirls (limited coverage so far, but all common images done)

Translations
Huge, huge font issues. Finally I have removed the Oak Wood font, it just did not work well with non Latin-1 languages. Unfortunately this means a simplification to Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana as they have a wide support for unicode.

Upgrades of the remaining girls
- Minako proved a bit awkward due to her catgirl training and limited dress support previously.. Finished now
- I am not looking forward to doing Naru, she has about 21 dresses, 6 normal, 5 cosplay, 10 different naked images. All need adjusting for background removal (dresses done), breast enlarged versions and some quality tweaks.

Translation Changes
A lot more of the game is now translatable, over 10 times the previous version. There is a guide in the Language folder for translating. Currently

- Please move the call to SetGirlsVitals from Initialise() to StartGame() to enable permanent breast/clit/cock size changes
- New macros are added for translation support and additional functions
- To support the Fairy transformation you need to position the fairy wings on the dress image and add a line to StartGame()
- multiple events and functions for catgirl support. Everything defaults, so you do not need to do anything, but
a) position catears on the dress images and naked images
b) a start/end traning image and an end game image

Another preview

This is the final preview of the new version, Akane the dickgirl catgirl fairy.

In the new version all girls can be catgirls but only Akane initially will get the cat ears on the screen seen above. Other slaves need about 30 mins work to update, so a fully adapted version will follow soon after. The fairy part needs to be explicitly enabled so only Akane can do it for now.

Some graphic changes for Akane, see her new dress above, also some new dickgirl images and some others. A little new story too.

One new bad ending for all girls. Several breast/cock/clit expansion events. Some text changes, partially for translation simplification and some rephrasings and expansions.

This is now tested and working but first I'll send it out to a few people for a quick beta test.

Just an update for people

1) Assorted bugs have been fixed in the game, notably one with the Ruins access

2) a new Fairy transformation event is working but needs significant changes for each slave to display fairy wings.

3) I am working a fair bit on the slave girl 'Rei Ayanami'. I have a vanllia version mostly working. She has Asuka as the mandatory assistant (Sora the Barmaid in the game), and actually Asuka can be easily extended to become a slave too eventually. Note the fairy transformation event works for Rei

4) There is a fairly advanced slave in development by MailMailX3, Peach (ie Princess Peach). There are threads in the forums. Here is a direct link to the latest revision

Hi,
this is a small release to address issues with the translation system I introduced in the last release. A few other small issues fixed.

There are no new features for players of the game, but a couple of small bits for developers.

Translation Changes
Please also note there are some font changes in this release. On most buttons and a lot of text I was previously using the font "Orange LET" but this has issues, especially when translating and using non-latin characters like cyrillic. There were also issues for accented characters in French and Spanish.
I am phasing out the use of 'Orange LET', until I find a good font I am using either 'Verdana' or 'Arial' font and in some screens 'Times New Roman'. I would prefer a less plain font but these are the simplest for now and are easy to read.
At the moment 'Orange LET' is still used in may places but you may see some odd spacing issues when playing in windowed mode. I will be fixing this, at the least by changing to 'Arial'.
You will also see some layout changes on some screens to support longer words for some languages.

v1.04 in Sandbox mode with Ayane as assistant. Bad end where Menace loses the bossfight with Anistaria. The graphic with thumb, wrist and elbow cuffs appears but only in the lefthand pane, and there is no way to move forward. I am trying to reduplicate now.

Release Notes 3.1.06
Fixes almost all reported bugs, a couple of small issues remain. Some small code tweaks to optimise and hopefully speed some bits up.

Compatible with existing save games.

If this is not enabled a value of the change is shown, to 1 decimal place. This is not perfect as there are some acts that change a value twice, in that case you will see the last change only. I will update this, please no bug reports.

Hi, a new version and also new hosting for downloads and a website.

Thanks to Shenandoah and the Futanari Palace I now have hosting for the downloads of the game and for a website for it.

Release Notes 1.05
Fixes almost all reported bugs, a couple of small issues remain. Some small code tweaks to optimise and hopefully speed some bits up. You will see the Slave Market screen where you select your slaves girls is a bit faster to load.

Compatible with existing save games, except some changes to events will mean some events may repeat that were intended to be one-off. This will not happen once you start a new game, just for existing games in progress. For example in the Slave Pens you may meet the large breasted slave again.

New features
Kiss action is now always available for your Slave Maker
Order of sex participants altered for consistency (you, servant, slaves)
New creature in the Secure Slave Pens, more story will follow
New minor slave, Cora the nurse

Minor problems
There is a bug in version 1.04 when changing in options between Sandbox mode and Campaign mode. The new default 'Slave Trainer' skill levels do not change correctly. Well they do but for the next game you start.
To get the right values
a) start the game, enter options, select sandbox/not sandbox
b) exit game
c) run again and it will default properly

I have fixed this and also an issue where the load button appears on the faith screen.

Lastly I forgot to include Ayane who has a fix for end game payment and some text issues

Slave Maker 3 version 1.04 Bug Fix

Hi,
a new bugfix release for Slave Maker 3. This contains mainly fixes for many bugs and some small new features

Bugs are numerous and include
a) slave selection and listing issues, including undefined references in sex acts, and slaves listed and used you do not own
b) cock milking slave action
c) fixes for Belldandy and lesbian training (some missing _root's)
d) Belldandy handles better the cases of assistants, Hild, Peorth, and others, and transitions between them. Slightly different intro screen if Hild/Peorth training or anyone else
e) Belldandy's Angel/Demon endings have expanded text and you get paid for them
f) graphic fixes for Naru when naked
g) Lady Farun, Mine fixes where she forgot about it

New features (just gameplay changes)
a) many more save game slots, now 7 pages for a total of 85
b) autosaves at the start of each day. Note this may be imperfect as it is complex in some paths where the save can happen
b) ALL girls are shown in campaign mode, just disabled and noting they are unavailable. This will change in a later release with an option to be added
c) Yes/No confirmations are removed from the planning actions
d) Nothing action has been removed and merged with Break. Break has 1 and 2 hour options, also has the sexual requests at night
e) delete game option to remove save games
f) Gemna increases maximum obedience, so for a first slave allows a max obedience 88
g) In Sandbox mode you start with 'Slave Trainer 2' skill
h) in the end game screen you can choose to change to Sandbox mode. This is NOT REVERSIBLE
i) Slave skills have hints with exact levels, also scrollable now
j) Dildo mastery skill is listed and skills in alphabetical order
k) slave makers skills scrollable for advanced and future use
l) You can attend the high-class party multiple times
m) you can save in-between slaves on the end game screen
n) assistants have a gender icon, and should retain there gender proper if a bought back slave

There are some low level lesbian changes (separate stats for lick and cunnilingus, fuck and strapon fuck) and various flags.
These should be transparent and this upgrade is compatible with existing saves

I have had repeated questions about dickgirls and lesbian actions and training for the game.

In the Masterbloodfer forum there was a long discussion on these questions

So can a dickgirl be a lesbian or would a lesbian want a dickgirl as her lover.

There are two sides to this discussion

a) Dickgirl is the perfect lesbian
A woman who can also fuck her lover, it is just like using a strap-on after all.

b) She has a cock so she is not quite a woman
It is the psychological aspect here, the dickgirl has a cock, so it mixes things up and it is no longer a woman loving a woman but becomes something almost heterosexual

After long discussions I was convinced the psychological aspects mattered the most. A dickgirl can love and have sex with a woman of course but this is sex with a cock involved and is not quite lesbian. Yes is is a gray area, but eventually we decided lesbian mean love and sex between two women, purely women, no actual cocks. For the strap-on analogue it was argued that in real lesbian relationships, not porn movies, strap-ons are uncommon.

So

Lesbian Training
This means in the game a dickgirl cannot enter Lesbian Training and if a girl becomes a dickgirl then Lesbian Training is stopped.

Lessbian Sex Act
The sex training 'Lesbian' is a little gray, but if you consider this act is most likely to entertain and arouse their owner, in this case most likely male owner. So this is not lesbian love and sex it is a play of lesbianism.

Slave Maker 3 version 1.03

another bugfix for Slave Maker 3. This resolves most reported bugs and adds a couple of small features.

Notable fixes
a) Fatigue increases are no longer multiplied by Slave Trainer skill effects
b) Multiple issues for Rei
c) loading and saving could cause stat capping
d) corrupt save games for some players
e) fixed a number of sex acts and their text

Please note the saves games are now split in 3 parts to reduce possible corruptions some players were getting. This change is completely transparent and also completely compatible with existing save games. After saving the game will create files

I leave it as an exercise to the hackers but this makes it easier to create pre-trained slaves.

Some small changes
a) There is now a Singing tutor
b) There are now Constitution and Fitness statistics, closely related. See the hint for constitution and the small orange bar. Fitness is limited to constitution. Fitness reduces fatigue increases by a maximum of 50%
c) Weapons & Armour only need to be bought once. Until a Slave Maker equipment screen is done visit the armourer and buy the items again and you will be told you already own it and have now equipped it
d) there is a count of type of slaves like ponygirls etc

There are two links below, an upgrade that fixes the major issues, only use it if you are limited by bandwidth. It does not include all the fixes just a majority. Many girl specific fixes are not included

The other is a full install with all fixes, including Menace v1, the updated Orihime, updated Rydia assistant and the new assistant Tsunade. It also removes the Lite versions of Bridget and Mariya. You can restore these by editing

This does not include all fixes, as some girls are not in this release to keep it under 200Mb. Notably a small issue for Belldandy. All major fixes are in this release

To install extract the archive over your existing installation.

There are numerous fixes, too many to note but all game breaking conditions like no next buttons or endgames hanging are fixed

Some people have issues where the game acts very oddly or save games get corrupt. I am still researching this but one possible cause can be the local storage limits for Flash. So if you get odd issues

Check your Flash settings. Ensure that you're allowing the game to store data on your hard drive, otherwise everything you save will just be cached for a while before getting flushed.

(When SM is open, right click >Settings > Icon of a folder. Set the slider to at least 1 MB (I've got 3 savegames, and local is storing ~500kb), or 'unlimited' if you're feeling liberal about things.)

This does not fix issues for all users but may help.

Changes in this fix

1. There were issues with deleting actions breaking certain time restrictions. I have had to, for now, limit deleting actions to the last action only. Sorry, I will fix this later

2. There is now a job available for all Slave Makers to earn a little personal money. The job varies from background to background. Please note cock milking earns a lot less money

3. Slaves, Weapons, Armour have increased in price

4. Slave Maker can get a minimum to their lust stat, generally from tentacle events

5. Onsen job and Library tweaked for balance. Sexual washing now has an obedience limit.

Note: factors to stat increases from 'Slave Trainer' skill no longer apply to increases in Fatigue

In the next release
a) Nothing action at night will be removed
b) Yes/No confirmations for planning will be removed

Donations or Payment
I will not and cannot accept any form of donation or payment for this game. There are a lot of grahics being used without their artists permission. I hope they do not mind, but if asked by an artist I will remove their works.

I do not want post of bug reports or general requests for help here in the Blog. I actively visit the Masterbloodfer and FutanariPalace forums and would ask you to post any bugs there or general requests for help

I have certain tastes and dislikes for content I will put into the core game and for any slave girl I develop. I do not restrict any person developing their own slave girls of course but I will not put any of the following into the core game or girls I develop

- sex involving children - Note I do know some of the characters the girls are based on are underage (I think 14 is the youngest) but the characters in the game are all 18+
- bestiality, except tentacle and furry (to come) - I just find it unappealing
- torture, mutiliation, gore etc - I find it repulsive, especially in a sexual context
- watersports - I find it unappealing
